The workers are always so friendly and welcoming, however, quality of their pizzas has gone down drastically. The crusts seem to be getting thinner and thinner, I’m not really even sure if they season the crusts anymore because of the lack of flavor. I love coming here because of the convenience and the great people who work here, but I’m not sure I can justify the poor quality of the pizza for the price anymore. Pictured is the pizza we purchased this evening which was supposed to be a large hand tossed pizza. There were some slices that were even thinner than the ones pictured.

This is the Long Beach Domino’s Pizza.
It is conveniently located. Easy to get in easy to get out. Customer service was great pulled up to the drive-through placed the order. They were very helpful and offered choices of specials. They were running 15 minutes later picked our pizzas up. I was good to go. definitely would recommend this location . The pizzas were hot delicious. They were spot on no complaints. Thank you Long Beach Domino’s, for being friendly, respectful, and having a good product!

Look at the amount of sauce I had to wipe on the plate…also I asked for a well done Brooklyn style pizza. Was not well done….prob from the enormous amount of cheese and sauce on the pizza. Pizza should have been half the weight it was…im could tell when they handed me the box it wasnt made correctly. I just dont understand why it is so hard to make a pizza correctly….if u order a thin crust from this store its a 80% chance they wont put oregano on it …..which is suppose to go on every single thing crust pizza that leaves the store. I have made so many complaints til im blue in the face….the only credit in will give is they always give me a credit when the order is not correct….but even that is hard to give credit for because that is company policy. They really need to work on checking the quality before giving it to paying customers.

Just ordered delivery and my Philly steak pizza is perfect and my driver Jon-David was very polite. Excellent service.
Update: usually this place is spot on but my driver got lost which I understand. But the store is 7 minutes from my house and took 25 minutes to get my order which had already been out for 25 minutes before. And my pizza looked like this ♀️ I just gave up and ate it after waiting almost an hour.
Second update: they called and gave me my money back and asked if I would like more pizza. NOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you ❤️

Absolute horrible service had pizza ordered with a note to hand it to Zach They delivered the pizza to the wrong house left it on the front porch then when I call back they tell me the house that they drove past to deliver two blocks up the road is now not in their delivery location The manager Cam terrible That’s why this location suffers

I ordered the stuffed crust, which is really good. But my 2 toppings were with extra cheese. I barely got any cheese on both pizzas. I had sausage on a couple of slices . The others were little to no cheese and sauce. I paid extra for the crust. It is bad enough they don’t deliver to our complex. Now I get bad pizza for a higher price. Not thrilled. Very disappointed.

I literally ALWAYS order from this dominos and usually never have a problem, well I just got my order maybe 5 minutes ago and one of my pizzas just looks like it was cut and then thrown into the box. Then when my brother got the door the driver immediately asked how much he was going to tip her!
