Probably one of the best falafel I have ever had.
Crunchy crisped on outside with roasted sesame sprinkles. Soft tender on the inside, savory without any hint of dryness. Comes with dip that I didn’t even need, since it was so good by itself.
Pita was fluffy, perfect for grabbing as much of the (very generous) portions or hummus or baba ganoush spread. Slicked with olive oil, topped with smoked paprika, each bite more fulfilling than the last.
Got an entire veggie plate that let me sample all of the above and more, paired with a minty lemonade that finished it all off with some appreciated zest.
Friend had a kebob plate over rice, and you can see and smell the sizzle rising up from it. Delicious, he said, as he practically inhaled his meal to consumption.
We got in right before the lunch rush, food came quick but we ate it quicker.

Definitely recommend checking this place out! We got the chicken shawarma and chicken kebab platter, and they were both sooo good. The chicken was well seasoned, and the rice and salad/pickled veggies with it made a delish meal. The shawarma in particular was really tasty.

I love this Mediterranean spot! It has never failed me so far. My go to order is the chicken kebab pita sandwich which includes chicken, lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, pickles and tzatziki sauce. I love how they aren’t skimpy with the filling. It is messy but it is so good. You honestly could just have the chicken kebab pita sandwich and be satisfied but I enjoyed having some fries on the side to share with my sissy.

I really can’t say enough about this gem in South Plainfield! The owner is a well-experienced chef for over 20 years, so kind with an amazing family, makes everything (I mean everything) 100% homemade and fresh, and they truly work so hard! The meat is exceptional, tender and juicy and there are so many different options to explore from their menu. Hummus, sauces, etc…are also homemade and delicious! They know what they are doing. As authentic as you can get. Please go check them out and support!

The staff was so pleasant and my food was really good. I ordered hummus and falafel. The falafel was so soft inside and had just enough crisp on the outside. The hummus was delish. The Tahini was a little more watered down than I’m use to but it was still good. I mixed it in with the hummus.
