I ordered two pizzas. The one pepperoni and jalapenos, one double pepperoni. Three first was missing the jalapenos and the second had less than half the pepperoni of a regular… For $42, it would be nice if they got the TWO toppings right… On top of that, the customer services page only directs me to a feed back form that won’t show the location by me, so I can’t even do that…

It can really be hit or miss with them, many times they’ll door dash your order so the drinks get there warm and the food cold. They seem to always do it when you don’t put a tip on the order (cause I’d like to give cash) and still sometimes do it even if you offer a 20% tip on the order this is like my fourth time coming across this at this particular store

Ordered well done wings, these were under cooked and rubbery as hell. Plus, I called the store immediately after placing my order and asked for light sauce. This definitely isn’t that. Arrived just as my food was getting done (according to app) and somehow the pizza looks old?? Gross location all together.

My main purpose is submitting this review is in the hope that the Alamo Ranch manager somehow sees this and gets to see how what delivery driver was responsible, fulfilled this deliver (after it was cancelled, btw) at some point over the night. My ring camera somehow didn’t capture it (or else I’d be able to pinpoint the time of this godawful delivery.)
I do want to say we did receive a FULL REFUND, and I want to thank the Manager at this location for making it right. That’s the only reason I am giving this review 2-stars instead of 1.
However, someone (delivery driver perhaps) was yanking her chain, because our order (2 pizzas, bread knots, wings, brownie) was made midday Saturday online, and registered as “delivered” on the app — except there was no food. We called about 60 minutes after placing the order. They promised to “LOOK INTO IT” and I guess ensure it was delivered. Over an HOUR after that, I decided to call and let’s say, voice some displeasure. The manager did apologize several times, couldn’t tell me what went wrong, however. I canceled the order, got a refund, and even politely refused when she offered to still send out the full order. That said, at some point during the night (because nothing had arrived by 7pm) our order was thrown onto our front porch.

Ordered a pizza for pick up and after ordering the app said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I tried to call to cancel and was on hold for 50 minutes. Went to the store and no one would help me. The guy I talked to said he didn’t know how to cancel an order. The manager was so flustered she wouldn’t talk to anyone. They literally stole $40 from me.

The staff were trying their best, but they were overwhelmed and unable to keep up. I ordered online for pickup, got there at prescribed time and waited another 40-45 minutes. The food order was wrong, I just accepted it, it was what it was. I thought that I would witness Door Dash drivers fight. They either need more staff or the website should limit orders.

I’ve been waiting for my pizza since 4pm it’s now 7:16pm they said they sent it with door dash and that if it’s missing door dash probably didn’t deliver it. Not to mention it’s for my daughter’s birthday party. No refund no solution just welp sorry about that. Now I have 6 hungry little girls waiting since 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous! If you don’t have enough drivers HIRE more!

Used delivery and the food was barely even warm and I live within walking distance from the store .
They’ll triple stack drivers with multiple stops and by the time they get to you the foods been sitting there for over an hour.
The bags they put the pizza in obviously don’t work.
Also the Pizza was cut by a blind person apparently
