What two things can you always count on from this location? Your order being wrong and the service being just as terrible.

I genuinely don’t understand how they manage to mess up every single order. Ask for buffalo shrimp? You’ll get plain. Order a spicy chicken sandwich? You’ll receive regular. Request naked tenders? Expect breaded tenders instead. It’s almost impressive how consistently they get it wrong.

And the problems don’t stop there. There always seems to be some logistical issue. This location is constantly out of something, whether it’s menu items, sauces, or basic ingredients. It feels like no one is actually managing the place.

What’s even more frustrating is the predictable response from management to reviews: some copy-and-paste apology about “looking into concerns” and “reviewing food preparation with the team.” But nothing ever changes. The same mistakes keep happening over and over again.

At this point, it’s clear the issue isn’t a one-off bad experience, it’s careless management and a staff that either isn’t trained or simply doesn’t care.

If you want the correct order and halfway decent service, do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

My prior experiences have been decent until today. I called requested to speak with a manager “Tay” answered before I could introduce who the hell I was he was asking 2 questions about my order “What did you have” , “The number one isn’t the actual chicken it’s the chicken sandwich” coming for me like I got lie about eating there I responded back sure whatever number it is it’s breast and chicken meal mashed purities with sprite I used my American Express and literally just left there about 5 mins ago. Then he responded okay I got your order what’s wrong I said I’m not even trying to get anything free I’m calling for awareness purposes so that you may be coherent with what’s going on. I stated in the past the appear to have been mostly fresh until today the chicken breast wasn’t fully cooked. I felt he was extremely out of line “grilling”. Corporate paying client like that no one have my reason to sit here and call an establishment to lie about. Chicken beast being undercooked. I’m trying to help them avoid a lawsuit for food positioning! Do better!

The staff is always nice, no complaints there. I asked for spicy tenders and when I got to the window, I was told they didn’t have any but had mild ones coming out the grease. I said sure, no biggy. Got my food and left. When I got home, the entire meal was a mess. They gave me half of mash potatoes scoop, the chicken was not done and was still rubbery and a little pink inside, and the dr. pepper was flat. Per usual, the sauce wasn’t in the bag either. The only good thing was the biscuit. It sucks purchasing food you can’t return because now i have to go get another meal and spend money. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I will always support any business that takes care of the community. I was in this Popeyes, and a man walked in and stated that he was hungry. The young lady at the front counter notified her manager. The manager never looked up but instructed the young lady to feed him. The young lady politely asked him if he also wanted something to drink, and he said Please. He was allowed to sit and eat his meal in a warm space. This establishment is absolutely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism displayed—especially by management—is shocking. Engaging in arguments with customers is entirely inappropriate. It’s ridiculous to pay for food and not even receive a single sauce. The service was disorganized and disappointing. The staff seemed distracted, wearing headphones while relying on an AI system that only slowed things down further. I will not be returning to this location. Major improvements are needed.

I got a 10 piece with two sides Mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy. It supposed to be 4 breast, 2 things, 2 legs, 2 wings. They give me 4 breast (one was super dry out. 3 wings, 2 legs, 1 thigh. The mashed potato’s was not made the right way. It still had little pieces of mashed potatoes inside of it. Who made the mashed potatoes was in a hurry. The Mac & cheese was on the dry side. They need to step up the game plan. Because I love to eat Popeyes chicken. But this location on Campbellton Rd is getting terrible

This has to be the worst popeyes in Atlanta, everytime I go here its always a headache. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food, the service was terrible alone with the nasty attitude. When I got home, alot of items were missing from my order, I called up to the store to speak with manager, the guy answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face, when I called back they took the phone off hook. My food was $35.00 and I didn’t recieve what I paid for, the chicken was cold and very hard and dry, just a waste of my money in this recession. I’m very upset!!!

I waited almost a hour just for my food to be lukewarm, the biscuit was very hard at the top, there was barely any rice in my red beans & rice, my strawberry lemonade was watered down I had to ask the employee to stir my drink because the strawberry puree was sitting at the bottom. They did not put any sauce in my bag for the tenders. When I got up to the window I saw about 4 employees just sweeping in circles, talking, air pods in the ear & laughing while the drive through line is wrapped around the store. They had no sense of urgency nor did they care about the customers. I will not be returning back to this location. I may not ever spend my money on Popeyes because of the terrible management. Popeyes have the potential to be better than chicfila but since there is no rules & structure the store is just shitty. Why stay open to serve people horrible customer service & food. How hard is it to get employees in there that care ? I will no longer be a customer at Popeyes.
