Really enjoyed this restaurant!!

Great food, all you can eat sushi and other food items. Everything I tried was delicious! Food/drinks were delivered via our human server, our robot server, sushi train, and conveyor belt. The theming and varied food delivery made for an exciting and unique experience. I have been wanting to try a conveyor belt style sushi restaurant for years now and this far surpassed my expectations!

The staff were very kind and working hard on a busy Saturday evening.

We came from about 1.5 hours away and will definitely make the trip to come back-it was worth it!

Expectedly, wait times were a bit long but they have a system that tells you your place in line and when the table is ready. There are other stores nearby to walk around and shop in while you wait. It is worth the wait!!!

1st time going. About a 2 hr wait but we waited and walked around. Awesome idea of a restaurant. The little train cars that deliver some of your food is really interesting. The Anime playing on some of the TV’s was pretty sweat also. My 1st attempt at using chopsticks and I did it … the guy helping us was super nice and real easy to get along with. Felt like ya knew him from somewhere. Would definitely go back for another meal
meal. Maybe show up a little earlier in the day.

— The areas first revolving sushi bar. With a fun metro(subway) theme. Some overhead station boards and tvs everywhere.

If you’ve never been to a revolving sushi bar it’s a fun experience and this one is worth visiting. Part of me wants to say it’s sushi and it’s all you can eat, however it’s not. It’s far from the typical low quality of other all you can eat places, Shinjuku has a taste of quality seamily fresh ingredients. Each plate has between 2-4 pieces making it easy to try a lot of different options and find something you like. The soups and salads from the kitchen are a little bigger and even the hibachi plate are a nice size but not so big they prevent you from having room for all the other delicious options. They also have a bar offering selection of cocktails and drinks.

They have some unique rolls the King kong, Godzilla, and Superstar roll are something different we haven’t had in other sushi spots in the area. Special orders cam out of the kitchen rather quickly on the little robo train. Some other guests had a little robo butler/server visit their table. After you’ve had your fill they also have options for desert (not included in the price)

If you plan to eat here leave early, at least for now it’s opening week and the wait ranges from 1:15 to 1:45. It IS worth the wait.

I love a good revolving sushi restaurant and I’m so excited we have one in Harrisburg. Because we visited the restaurant during its first two weeks of opening, the wait was pretty long. We didn’t mind though! It would have been nice if the waiting area was a little larger, but you can certainly roam the shopping plaza until you receive the text that your table is ready.

It’s all you can eat with a time limit of two hours. With a train theme, the restaurant was so fun to look around. It reminded me of Japan!

We ordered items from the menu via the iPad, as well as taking items from the conveyor belt. Some of our appetizers were delivered via the little train on top. Some items were delivered by their robots. Unfortunately, other tables didn’t understand the protocol and took our dishes.

The price seemed reasonable. The only thing is some of the items didn’t match their photos which was slightly disappointing.

Overall we enjoyed our visit and we’ll be back again!

We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday. There was no wait when we got there. Got a table right away. Atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Food is very fresh. Many different sushi rolls on the belt at all times. They even had chicken wings available on the lunch menu which were very good actually!! We ordered some sides of teriyaki shrimp, hibachi shrimp and a side of noodles. All sides and “special order” items are ordered via an Ipad. Then they are delivered via a human, robot, or a little car that stops at your table above the sushi belt. Only thing we felt was a little troubling was trying to distinguish which sushi rolls were cooked versus raw. Only way to know is to compare them on the belt as they are moving to the paper menu thats given on the table. The menu on the table shows which rolls are raw. Personally I think they should just keep all the raw rolls on the blue plates since thats how they are listed on the menu (highlighted in blue wording). Overall was a wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

Atmosphere:
This alone makes this eating experience deserving of a 5. Probably the most unique dining room in the area. Worth experiencing at-least once.

Service:
Only thing holding it back from a 5 star was that the nigiri orders were consistently slow; though we ended up with 70 minutes on our clock when we asked for the check; so you will get your fill.

Food:
Everything I ate was good, I don’t eat a lot of variety with sushi, but the salmon nigiri was very fresh and the rice was well made. All sides and apps are fresh made and we’re all excellent. You can get better ramen at a dedicated ramen place. Hibachi steak was fresh, and of acceptable quality.

As someone who is obsessed with revolving sushi (and sushi in general), it was HUGE news for me me to find out that there was a place opening so close to me. My boyfriend and I checked out Shinjuku Station a month after their opening.

The interior has a super cool vibe of of being set in a Japanese train station. Unlike many revolving sushi joints, this one is all-you-can-eat for a flat rate rather than pay-per-plate. The ordering system is easy and straightforward: orders can be placed on a tablet or through the wait staff, and plates are brought out via the staff, a robot server, or a mini train depending on what is ordered.

Being that this just opened and there is still a lot of hype, I think the staff are doing a wonderful job! Our waitress was so kind and so were the other staff we interacted with. Service was relatively quick for the amount of people that were there.

There were a few times that our sushi was made with different ingredients than were in the description for that specific roll and they were out of a lot of drinks, but I think this can be attributed to the level of busyness.

We are happy to see such a cool concept in the area and will definitely visit again once they’ve become more established .

What an awesome experience. Service, atmosphere, food, drinks… everything was really, really good; especially for day 3 of being open.

You walk in to the view of a train, and the rest of the restaurant is train station themed. TVs are playing anime, while conveyer belts and robots are delivering food you order.

They offer most of the food as an “all you can eat” option, with upgrades for drinks (including an extensive sake, soju, wine, and beer options) and desserts.

Our server, Dae, was super attentive, explained the process for ordering and helped us throughout our experience.

Will definitely return for more!

Interesting place. Very modern vibe and a novelty. I would go back, most likely for lunch with someone. The sushi was tasty and prepared well, almost felt machine made, if that makes any sense. It combines self service and menu ordered, human / robot service. $20 gets you all you can eat from the conveyor – ordering from the menu is additional. Lunch for two was under $50 with tip.

A Delightful Culinary Journey at a Tokyo Train Station!

My experience at Shinjuku Station Japanese Sushi was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the charming and well-executed Japanese train station theme put a smile on our faces. The attention to detail made the dining experience fun and unique.

The food was excellent—the sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted authentic. We tried a variety of rolls and nigiri, and each one was a highlight.

What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was our server, Heather. She was so helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly. She guided us through the menu with great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. Her wonderful service perfectly complemented the amazing food and cute atmosphere.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal with a fun twist. We will definitely be back!
