I’ve read a lot of bad reviews for the 11014 19th Ave SE, Everett, WA location and… I don’t get it.

March 4, 2026… We ordered 1 Garlic Chicken family size and 1 Veggie large size pizza’s. Both with a bunch of extras.
Total came up over $70 for both and tip.

Service and speed are AAA+ in our book.

The person(s) who made our pizza’s, clearly read both tickets and made our pizza’s to perfection.

Both pizza’s were the OMG!!! Cat’s Meow… SOOooooo GOOoooood!

They didn’t last very long and I didn’t think about getting pictures.

We WILL be back… Thank you ever so much. Keep up the awesome service.

We ordered a stuffed pizza. The toppings on the top layer were very sparse and just in the center. I have ordered this in the past and it has always been to the edge of the crust.

Papa Murphy’s is one of those spots that quietly nails it every time. The whole “take and bake” setup just makes sense — fresh dough, real ingredients, and you get to cook it exactly how you like it. The second you walk in, you can smell that mix of fresh-cut veggies, cheese, and dough being rolled out. The staff usually greets you fast, takes your order with zero fuss, and builds your pizza right in front of you. It feels personal, like you’re getting a custom meal made by people who actually care.

The quality is what really sells it. Their crusts come out perfect — crispy on the edges, soft in the middle — and the toppings always taste fresh, not like something pulled from a freezer bag. You can tell the difference when it bakes at home; it fills the whole kitchen with that “real pizza” smell. The Cowboy and Chicken Garlic pizzas are hard to beat, but even the simple pepperoni hits the spot. Plus, their cookie dough and cheesy breadsticks are the kind of extras that make a movie night way better.

What makes Papa Murphy’s stand out is the control it gives you. You bake it when you’re ready — no soggy delivery, no rush. Whether you want to make dinner right away or save it for later, it’s flexible and easy. Between the friendly service, fresh ingredients, and the unbeatable smell of pizza fresh out of your own oven, it’s the kind of place that turns a regular night in into something that actually feels like a treat.

I have managed Domino’s Pizza, Round Table Pizza, and Papa John’s, with over 25 years of experience. I have repeatedly had to fix pizzas that I bought there, but I never complained. They dump the toppings in the center of the pizza. Whenever you make a pizza, you want to top it evenly, starting with the edges and leaving nothing in the center of the pizza, about the size of a silver dollar. This is because whenever you cut a pizza, everything moves towards the center. You want your customers to remember their last bite. They do the opposite: the center is over-topped, with nothing along the edges. Today I went to order a pizza for takeout around 3 PM or so. I got home to find my pizza under-topped, with hardly any product, and expired spinach throughout the entire pizza. I was very mad; I called multiple times. No answer! This person was by themselves. I’m not happy receiving expired product on my freshly made pizza. That’s a health board issue. I had the cleanest restaurant in the Renton Reporter five years in a row. There’s absolutely no excuse for putting expired product on anyone’s pizza; food poisoning can be very dangerous. I have had that and wish that on nobody. It’s horrible. I took pictures; luckily, I know how to fix an incorrectly topped product. My pet peeves are safety and security, product quality, and service. This person needs to be written up and retrained. I would like the owner and the district manager to contact me. I witnessed her just throwing the toppings on; there are better techniques to top quickly and evenly with speed, quality, spacing, and product. I can make a pizza from a dough ball, sauced, topped, and with cheese and pepperoni in 19 seconds. I am very concerned that you have people who don’t care about product quality using expired product, and even more concerned that nobody is answering the phone. If I were in charge, that phone better not ring more than a few times. That’s money!

We have been using this location for 25 plus years.
The last 4 orders have been the same. Family size stuffed chicken n bacon. Advertised as 16 inch these have only been 13 inch pizzas which is a large. I have pointed it out and complained the last 3 times.
I am done using this location any more.
I suggest you go to another location or another company!

I go here or one other location. This visit when I walked in a young woman was there sweeping, but the store looked a little dirty. She also wasn’t helpful at first. I had ordered on the app & asked where my pizza’s were then took them out of the rack. It was just a weird interaction.

Skimping on toppings! Somehow they’ve raised the prices and then put half the amount of toppings on their pizza. I paid $20 for this large pep and it barely has anything on it (see photo). Not to mention how it’s so center loaded that you can see a ring of sauce all the way around the crust. I could make this better myself and save some money!

I have to write another review, I have a name to go with the manager and need to give more praise. Pam called me before putting together my order, as she saw I ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza- they were out of hot honey.
She wanted to see if the extra hot was okay to pack with it.
This may seem small, but she literally could have not put anything in there, I wouldn’t have noticed and then wouldn’t have fully enjoyed the pizza!
Pam, thank you for providing beyond what you are expected to provide in customer service. Your grace and customer service skills have been learned by your coworkers so it’s always a good experience when I come in now.
Pam! Thank you for making our neighborhood Papa Murphys the best, and keeping me coming back every Tuesday!!!!

Can you please retrain your staff on how to prep the dough before putting on toppings. This is the second time I’ve gotten a pizza from your store that has no visible crust on the outer edge.

Just “meh”

Food volume is about half the Mukilteo location. Buyer beware. Round #2 was better but still around the range of 2 trader Joe’s pizzas that run for $11 total.

Depends on what you want out of the place
