Was looking for food items that did not have sugar or flour. Was able to find a grilled chicken bowl (they also have other options of meat you can choose) topped with fire grilled vegetables, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, green onions, guacamole and lime. They also have unsweetened tea to drink.

This is the second time ordering from this location a while ago, I ordered food and food was very sloppy hardly any meat only beans and rice. Food was cold I didn’t say anything. Gave them another try ordered for pick up, I looked at my food and noticed it was not enchilada style like I ordered. My husband went and asked for the sauce, the guy said they only had a little. So the staff mixed 2 red sauces and gave him a small container of I don’t know what. Got home cut into the burrito and it’s mostly rice and beans i found 5 little pieces of burnt meat. The whole burrito was nasty well half i threw the rest away. It had that nasty burnt flavor u can’t get out the food once burnt. Disgusting I’m so annoyed and don’t know why I even went back. I will NEVER return to this location. Throwing burnt up charred meat inside my burrito is crazy, really crazy how nonchalant they are about playing with people’s food and money.

Horrible service. Ordered online and came at the time they told me, waited over an hour (and still waiting) to get my food. I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but its like this most times. Never a this long, but normally over 30 min. And my order isnt difficult. A sweet pork salad for my wife, and chips, queso, and chips for me. (If i ordsr nachos they are burnt). Not only are they always behind, their food does not reflect the other Cafe Rios in the valley. I never order a burrito here because they are under filled, and go very light on the meat. Same with most of their other food. Im done going to this vacation. Ill drive to a further location because it will be quicker and 10X better.

I live down the street and would come here often, but it is no longer worth it. Quality of service has dropped so much. They ran out of ingredients the last three times (all in January) I went to this location. The first two times, I started to order and then they said they were out of things like rice (20-30 minute wait) and some meats. I left and went down the street to another place. The third time, I ordered for my family, started my order, got down the line, and then they were waiting on lettuce and rice. They were also out of chips and other things. This time I finished part of my order for my wife and kids and left the other stuff.
The lack of communication in the service line is terrible. How are they not prepping stuff in time? No one seems to care and seems annoyed when you no longer want an incomplete order.

We have been getting food hear for years and always order the chips and queso. Ordered it tonight and we get this tiny container of queso, still charged us full price and had less than a half a bag of chips. Really just charging people for nothing these days

You should probably focus on fulfilling the orders that you’ve given stated times that they would be ready. Arrived at the given time for a pickup and was asked to sit and wait until they served everyone in line. Ended up waiting over 45 minutes before they even started preparing my food.

Don’t come here on Tuesdays at 1:15…. food was horrible, cold and not fresh. But that’s not even why im writing this review. The cashier and a cook was so rude to and older senior lady that was confused on what was happening and just wanted an enchilada and ended up with something else, she gave the cashier a a coupon for chips and salsa, snatched the coupon from the lady and said you needed to ask them at the beginning of the line not here. Yelled out to have someone get it rude.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. The manager Javi, and his staff were always amazing. They were outgoing and helpful. I went recently after they had a management and staff change. It was terrible.
The staff was not friendly. The manager was not friendly. The queso was visibly watery and I asked for it to be changed and was met with an attitude. I also witnessed the manager speaking to an employee who seemed new in a very condescending way when he asked for help. I will not go back here ever again.

Don’t come here during lunch or dinner, they can’t handle a moderate rush. I waited 15 minutes for the 6 people in front of me to be served. The girl behind the counter told me they were out of rice and I’d need to wait. I said OK, and she proceeded to wrap my burrito without rice. I said I wanted rice, and she said “you should have told me that before”. They let my burrito sit on the counter for 5 minutes and get soggy until the rice was ready. They didn’t bother to wrap it in a new tortilla. When I tried to eat it at the table, it fell apart in my hands and became a soggy mess. Easily the worst burrito I can remember eating.
