Oh my heavens. The first thing I have to say is this was the BEST burger I’ve had in a very long time. I got their burger that came with an over easy egg on it. The presentation of this restaurant is incredible. It is a thematic gem with all sorts of vintage signs, racing memorabilia and loads of other things. There’s old cars on the property, an actual race car, and even a booth that is placed inside of an OLD CAR! THAT is so neat. The service was exceptional from our waitress. There are little tool boxes on every table that have salt, pepper and even straws in them. Everything from the biggest detail to the smallest is so well done. Even as you exit the parking lot, there’s paint on the road resembling a finish line. It is absolutely one of the most well-presented and authentic restaurants I’ve ever been in. The only two drawbacks I found were it is a “metal box”, so when I went, it was really cold. My fries were also soggy and floppy. I expected my burger to be mediocre, but let me assure you, IT WAS NOT. It tasted absolutely divine and I so wish I could come back here often as I live nearly 550 miles away. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Stopped by Finish Line Diner in Camden, TN on a busy Saturday evening. The burger was well worth the wait — exactly what I was hoping for. Fries were good, and the portion size was just right for me. I don’t need a huge meal, and this hit the spot perfectly.
From the time I called in my order until I walked out the door was about 37 minutes, which felt a little long — but to be fair, they were very busy.
The only thing I’d suggest improving is the ordering/payment flow. When I walked in, there’s a bar area in front of the kitchen where I picked up my food. They put the ticket in the bag, but I wasn’t sure where to go next. I eventually noticed someone paying at a register on the other end of the restaurant, which wasn’t near the door. That part was a little confusing and could be clearer.
Overall, good food and worth trying — especially if you’re craving a solid burger.

This is a wonderful place to eat. They had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and I’ve been around the world. The service is great, the definition of the warm country feel. Prices were pretty good too. I’d recommend this place to anyone and will go back when my travels permit!

The service is great and so is the food. Their catfish fillets are crispy and have a great savory flavor. Portion sizes are large and white beans, hush puppies and slaw are excellent. I’ve eat fish all over TN and these folks have the best. I highly recommend you check out the Finish Line in Camden, TN.

Great place to eat whether you are a car enthusiast or just like good food. Cool atmosphere, they even use shop rags as napkins. I got the catfish which was very good and the fried cheese curds were amazing and were served in a little “fryer basket”.

The food here is amazing. It’s a Friday night, and apparently they a fish Friday special. We ordered the Kentucky bourbon 12 piece bone in wings and a hand pattied cheese burger. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. Would have given 5 stars but we had to ask for silverware.

Absolutely blown away by the atmosphere, service was outstanding, friendly wait staff, head line cook James came out to check on us along with the other wait staff walking around. 100% worth trying the food burgers and fries would surprise you by how big the burgers are. Fish was also amazing.

But, we came to the diner with our 1.5 year old son. On the way out, we did notice that they did have a few high chairs, but were never offered one. The bathrooms also did not have a changing table.

Catfish was perfect! Disappointed that the hush puppies were very dry. Philly hoagie was good, a little greasy, and would have liked white American cheese on the Philly (which I mistakenly thought was the white cheese listed on the menu for the sandwich). Cozy and clean and servers were all nice and friendly.
