Wow. Just wow. So went into order 2 subway clubs. The manager asked which sub I said the original sub, the OG the one that been on the menu since I was 8! After noticing she was making the all American club that is newly added to the menu… I told her it was the wrong club. She threw a fit, told me that is not what I told her and pushed my sandwiches out of the way and continues to tell me I’m wrong and what I “didn’t say” and hollers to another employee doing something completely different and says someone needs to come finish this sandwich because I cant deal with ignorance!! I said wow I can’t believe that this is such a big deal over a sandwich, she proceeded to hide in the back and make fun of me. The other worker that came to help was nothing but nice and apologized for her behavior and I said I’m not one to call the manager but I have to with this one…. She is the manager!! Apparently there is another one (Brooke) but she also does nothing about this behavior! I will be calling repeatedly to Corp to complain about this. I can’t believe people treat people like this and get away with it, not just customers! Employees no longer want to be here! You don’t deserve to be a manager if you can’t handle your emotions.

Horrible. We door dash and took only 10 mins to get to my house . My wife tuna melt is made horrible, bread was wet and soggy . My other sandwich wasn’t made properly . Called them and told them about it and the “supervisor “ Jeremiah” was NO HELP AT ALL. We asked to put Lettuce on the other sandwich. There is none on it . Overall rude. We pay for our food and the dasher. There is no need for food to come out looking like this cuz they close in a hour and wanna be sloppy .

Omg inhad the most terrible sandwich I’ve ever had. Almost cried about it, wasn’t toasted like I wanted and it was overly drowning in sauce when I asked little. I didn’t see the bacon I had added on there. As soon as I opened it half my veggies feel out to the floor and sauce all over my outfit. I paid that for that.

It’s Subway! Never had a bad experience. Aside from Subway taking the Seafood Sensation off the menu. Found out today’s it’s due to people purchasing said sub and leaving it set in there hot car and then later eating it, getting sick, and saying it’s Subways fault. No. It’s your fault. Common sense goes a long way. I have ordered from Subway for years and always ordered the Seafood Sensation. But then ran into only select Subways having it available. I used to just walk our if they didn’t have it. And, now I only rarely go to Subway. Subway if your reading this PLEASE bring back the Seafood Sensation.

Ordered two subs toasted-online. Asked in the comments to toast one of the sandwiches extra until edges were burnt. Both subs were slightly warm (meat still cold, cheese not melted) no browning and did not look toasted at all. Asked for extra lettuce and onions received a normal amount (which is what it is) the green and yellow peppers labeled “normal” only found 2 pieces on the sub(had to take apart to put the subs in the air fryer to toast). Tried calling the store twice- no answer. Very disappointed. Only writing the review so others know not to trust online ordering format..

My friend had gotten coupons in the mail which gave us a really good deal 2 footling for 12.99 ! And the cookies were fire !! There was a bit of a line but the service was very Fast so we were in and out in no time !

The service definitely could’ve been better. The staff really didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or to take the orders and make the food. It seems their proportions have gotten pretty skimpy when I asked for all the ingredients on my sandwich they looked at me like I was wasting their time, I didn’t really feel welcome, overall cleanliness was moderate there was pop and stuff stuck to the counter. Maybe that’s because there was no manager on duty as the sign clearly stated on the glass.

My wife and I ordered subs off the app from this location. I ordered extra of 3 different toppings and they put zero of any of what I ordered extra for making the sub worse than if they just made it normal. My wife got a Philly cheesesteak which she ordered toasted (of course) and it felt like it was not even touched by a hand it was so cold
