Ordered a stuffed crust with extra cheese, caramelized onions, cupped pepperoni and fire roasted peppers. It’s delicious! I will drive out of my way to this location instead of the location nearest me. Marco was great, he welcomed me and was really nice! I requested the butter and seasoning on the crust like they use to put on the stuffed crust pizza, he did with a smile on his face. Thank you for making my experience wonderful!

I ordered my food to be delivered and always give a tip of 25% or over. I was given an ETA on my Pizza Hut app between 6:33pm to 7:05pm. However, I never got the delivery because they only had one driver. I called and found that out. I don’t have telepathy so getting a phone call about only having one driver and being late would have the been most professional and efficient customer service. I paid $32.67 for a personal pan pizza special with fries and I ordered brownies. I decided to pick it up but when I get there; I was not offered any courtesy or even compensation to have it for half off or anything. Egregious. The manager really needs to teach everyone that worked this evening on October 7, 2025; Emotional Intelligence. It’s not hard to take accountability but it’s hard tonight with whoever was in charge. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Big New Yorker with no pepperoni and 6 wings on Sunday afternoon as a treat for my coworkers across the street. They didn’t have a driver, so the food took a while and was delivered by Door Dash. The pizza was undercooked and didn’t have the oregano on it. I called and received no satisfaction from the conversation that I had with the incompetent person on the phone.

My pizza had no cheese and the cheese that was up there wasn’t even melted. There was a HAIR ON MY WINGS I ALMOST ATE. I’m not ordering here again. That’s just sad and disgusting. Can’t even enjoy the food I paid for. I wasn’t waiting another hour to get a remake.

Tl;dr: Horrible service, burnt pizzas.
Ordered two pizzas for delivery. They were 15 minutes late, and both pizzas were badly burnt. I took the pizzas back to the store to be remade. After 40 minutes, I asked where they were, only to find that they’d been made and stuffed in a heating unit without saying anything.

I am a frequent customer at this Pizza Hut never had an issue before as of late new management is horrible they don’t know how to make pizzas I had them remake my pizza and they still messed it up the manager tried to explain to me that in the Pizza Hut manual they are supposed to put a cup of sauce but it looks like he put three cups of sauce on my pizza I live within walking distance but I will no longer be going to this location save yourself and don’t go.. please see photo where there is way too much sauce on this pizza and one of the slices barely has any toppings on it… Our pizza looked old and dried the crust looks horrible but it was explained to me that this is how the pizza is supposed to look… The new manager has a very sloppy appearance…. So he doesn’t care about his appearance or the appearance of our pizza or how this location is represented save yourself and go somewhere else

Arrived late, which was good cause they called and told me they accidently gave my pizza away. They had the new pizza ready in time for my arrival but the pepperoni was burnt around the edges and the pizzas were not as hot as I was expecting.

Every time I visit this location they are so patient with and add ons or changes. Friendly, fast and efficient They actually care about the food they hand you . The food is excellant !! I called in to order and I left specific delivery instructions and asked the woman who took my order to please inform the driver of these instructions and she said she would. Well they sent the order with doordash and there was zero communication. This keeps happening. Domino’s uses their own drivers with accountability.
