One of the coolest out in the middle of nowhere bars I’ve been to, bar none and no pun intended. This place is out there but well worth the drive especially if you’re visiting Elko, Lamoille and or are out exploring the Ruby Mountains. I’ve been here a few times and have had different bartenders each time and all were super welcoming, very nice and happy to share stories about the area. Drink selections are on the thin side but really, it’s the experience of it all that should really want you to be here. Did I mention you can find a two headed cow on the wall here? Oh yeah, that and more – check it out!

I saw ‘Jiggs’ and immediately knew I had to come here. My great uncle went by the nickname Jiggs. He was a WW2 submariner who had a Budweiser in his hand till the day he passed. This bar was such a feeling of home for me. I am military and stationed far from my roots. I love the atmosphere. Cash only, snacks available, also a pool table. This is a must-stop place!

Bartender was excellent. We had very little cash with us and she still got us a drink. Bring cash…. nice atmosphere with lots of old bar items from generations past. We will definitely be returning. I suggest having a few food items for hungry visitors.

Went to the annual Turkey Carnival. Always fun. Raffles, Tacos, and homemade baked goods. Kids activities and Christmas decorations. Lots of folks. Fun Fun Fun.. never miss the event.
