We came here last Saturday morning after my wife saw this place online. Visiting from South Carolina i was shocked to see SOS or chipped beef on the menu and it was DELICIOUS! We both tried scrapple for the first time and it was different. Putting the chipped beef gravy on top set it off. Service was fantastic as well. Great diner spot. My wife really enjoyed her pork roll.

Good evening Family. I have passed by this place so many times. When my mom was alive, I always wanted to stop here. But I never did, because I thought they did not have broiled tilapia. But alas we could have!! They have broiled tilapia. I could have brought Mom when she was alive. I missed the boat on that one. I visited today after getting a nice car wash at Spark’s Car Wash. I was concerned with the inside of my car, not the outside. Now my car is nice and clean, in and out!!! I ordered broiled salmon, asparagus and spinach from Gateway. l also ordered chicken soup that came with the meal and an orange juice to go. I was waiting for my food since I had ordered take out. Door Dash came in and instead of looking at the orders, Door Dash takes my order by mistake. I didn’t realize this until they gave me my order and I paid for it and when I reached my car, I opened up my bag. I had the wrong order. Some eggs and toast. That is not what I ordered. I high tailed it back in there and told them and gave them the wrong order. They looked at me and should have apologized for screwing up!! NO ONE DID!!! I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make me another order. I will not ever patronize this place again!!! The gall of them, not to admit their mistake and apologize to me!!! Not at all ACCEPTABLE!!! Good night Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!! I forgot to mention that they have a single rest room and it was clean. Plus one for the men.

Gateway Diner is great. It’s an old school diner that has been in the neighborhood for decades serving wonderful diner style foods. I suggest their omelette, it’s always made exactly how you ask and I can’t believe how fast it gets to you. The service is always friendly and helpful.

I got my order within five minutes the server was very nice and quick. She also checked on me a few times to make sure I had everything I needed just stopped in for a quick bite but I will definitely be returning.

I haven’t eaten this place in Forever the food was great, just did breakfast food steak eggs bacon rye toast home fries so good. But when they brought me the check I had asked for it to go box and then I had to ask for a bag, only issue with the service that’s why I give 4 stars instead of 5. First of all the place is very clean ! Bathroom extremely clean! Then the Sausage Gravy biscuits is delicious! OMG so good! Then the staff is awesome! This is a good place to enjoy some good food!
