This is a cozy little restaurant that is perfect for a relaxing dinner. Our waitress very attentive and kind. We had the potato leek soup to start and it was delicious. The braised pork risotto was so incredibly tasty and well balanced. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

First I want to preface this by saying the food was incredible and the staff were very friendly and courteous. However, although we were seated immediately and provided water, it took around 15-20 minutes for someone to come take our order, then, an additional ~25 minutes for us to receive our appetizer (a cheese plate).
As we were waiting for our appetizer, we saw another couple abruptly leave, expressing frustration that they had not even had their order taken.
Although the food was exceptional, we would not consider returning if it would mean a similar wait time.

I took out their ice latte before going hiking. It was my first time at Harper’s Ferry. I think this is almost the only spot you will not be charged for street parking.
Their latte was good – I do not know how to elaborate it but it’s like a hipster coffee. Poor description but the only one I’ve got.
It has a cozy feel and the staffs were very friendly. Their restroom was maintained clean too.
There is a wine store area where glasses are hung upside down. The glasses did not look entirely clean but I did not go there to drink so… just sharing my observation.

Super charming spot in Harper’s Ferry. Stopped by for some coffees and snacks for the kids. Was not disappointed. Great service and vibe. They had a friendly pup wandering around and were spinning some records.
Update: We Visited Harper’s Ferry a year later and visited again. Still a great experience. We had breakfast and coffees. We’ll definitely visit again.

What a nice little hidden gem. They have an excellent variety with wonderful staff. Ordered the mushroom quiche, (twice ) and the pesto panini. so delicious.
I was really impressed with their curated wine that they have available. Ended up picking up an unoaked Chardonnay with beautiful hints of mango on the nose.
Also picked up this local jam made by local veterans, which supports a great cause.. Go check them out if you’re in the area.

We got a baked brie platter for an appetizer and the beef bolognese. Both were really good. The inside of the restaurant is decorated very nicely.

History of this town is near the center of The War Between The States….North and South. Located near Historic Harpers Ferry WV. Bolivar is a small town located above that historical district. What charm this place has. Great lunch and I was impressed that they offered a cold ice water….a service that used to be an American staple. Coffee, Latte, Wine….There is a in-house Wine Shop ran by owner Brian. Don’t forget to say Hello to Rosco, Brian’s faithful friend and Shop Dog. What a great place. Visit and relax.

Tried to eat here and even got seated, but then two other groups that came after us were waited on before us, which really pissed us off. I was a server years ago and the one thing that you never do is wait on another table, let alone two tables, before a table that was seated first. We were never even greeted by our server, nor were drinks even offered. That is just bad customer service. Drove by about 30 minutes later, on our way to another restaurant, after walking around downtown for a bit and by the amount of vehicles parked outside, I’m sure they could’ve cared less that we walked out. I don’t know if the food is good or bad, but the inside was nicely decorated.

Quick and yummy! When we sat down we were immediately served ice water which was really refreshing on a hot day. I ordered the roasted veggie sandwich. It was simple, light and tasty. Just what I was hoping for. My guy got the Italian and was a fan. Both sandwiches were made neatly and not overly stuffed! They came with a side of chips and pickled onions.
The best part was the atmosphere. The place was clean, charming and just a lot of fun to look at!
