Excellent customer service! Especially the young lady with the beautiful dreads! I believe her name is Chelle. The owner, Tony, is fantastic as well! They have great flavor combinations and most importantly, their snow all by itself is so fluffy and mouth-watering! 1.Ants crawling on me while seated waiting.
2. Waited 20 min, saw people come in after me and get served their order
3. My regular cup was just tossed into a larger cup because of the sloppy mess dripping everywhere
