Stoped by for a few sandwiches today and was somewhat disappointed. This location has nothing to do with “freaky fast”… the shop was basically empty, guys were very slow. Sandwiches were meh.. lattice wrap was more of a “lattice hug” – ingredients were falling out and the sauce was all over the bag with other sandwiches.

Best Italian sandwich in the immediate area. The #7 toasted is tops.
But, the music at this location is loud. If you’re into that then great. For me, catching up on voice mails isn’t gonna happen in a space with no acoustic ceilings and very loud music.

Ordered a gardenian sandwich, which is what I always order. This time when I got home to eat it, I noticed the bread was over baked, that the bottom was burnt and hard. I couldn’t bite into it. The sandwich was really awful.

Most of the time things are good. But, I’d say about 50% of the time even if you have ‘cut in half’ checked, they don’t cut it. And 85% of the time I order a drink, like today, I don’t get it and can’t request a refund, which is garbage. Do NOT put your copy paste ‘visit the website and give your feedback’ response you put on everything or I will change my review to a 1 star bc that is so completely impersonal.

I love jj but this location sucks. I order the same thing every time and I always get something different (forgets cheese, doesn’t leave bread in etc) I’ve even had them call me after placing an online order for them to tell me they can’t make it and I’d be refunded in a week. Save your money. Save your time. Get lunch somewhere else.
