I was so impressed by how kind and welcoming the owner was. He answered all my questions so kindly. His kindness made such an impression that makes you want to support family owned businesses like this. The bubble waffles were delicious each bite was met with happiness. The original by far is my favorite! The match was so good as well! I still have to try the others though. The ongiri are delightfully cute you almost dont want to eat them… Each bite was met with burst of flavors. My family and I cannot wait to visit again and support such a wonderful business. Thank you!

Everything about this place is charming. I got to speak to the business owner and she’s very kind and sweet. The music is authentic and the art is enchanting. I only dropped by for boba tea and the owner was very personable. She offered to let me try my tea before leaving, just to make sure I liked it I ordered the Thai Black Tea Latte which was delicious with its perfectly soft and chewy boba pearls. A very respectful, chill, cute environment that I definitely would recommend.
There is a QR code on the front door to keep business hours posted; so if it’s closed at an odd hour just scan it to see when the owner will be back.

Super cute boba shop! The drinks were delicious and the owner is super knowledgeable/helpful. She also makes a lot of the toppings and flavors herself! Also the cups have such adorable tops with their little bear ears. Will definitely go again when I’m in the area

The best milk tea that I’ve had in Charlotte. I’ve never seen an owner take such care in making each drink to the customer’s satisfaction. The building is incredibly charming and such a cute place. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely try it out!

Very welcoming and yummy boba shop. We got a strawberry matcha latte and coffee milk tea both were so delicious. Owner was very kind and interactive. A very cozy shop, definitely looking forward to returning.

Owner is incredible sweet and nice, and was worried when we ordered food that 10 whole minutes, for her to make it fresh, was too long. The Taiwanese pancake and onigiri are worth triple that wait EASY.
Plus, the milk tea, taste like good tea not just sugar.

This is the BEST bubble tea place in Charlotte (and I tried a good number of them before finding this one). Janice is so nice, and everything is delicious. She’s been expanding her menu too, so it’d not just bubble tea now, you can also get snow (shaved ice), bubble waffles, ice cream, onigiri, taiwanese pancakes, ramen, and wontons!
My personal recommendations: i love a half sweet wintermellon milk tea with grass jelly and the gyoza onigiri. So good I come here weekly!

Stopped by Jilly Jelly Boba Tea and Snow in Matthews for a sweet treat and had a really nice visit. It was a 45 min drive for us but totally worth it.
We had the boba tea and the pop waffles, and both were delightful. The boba was perfectly chewy and the tea was flavorful and refreshing, exactly what you want when you are craving something fun and tasty. The pop waffles were a fun twist on dessert, warm, soft, and balanced perfectly with the toppings we chose.
Service was friendly, and even though it seemed like they can get a little busy at peak times, the staff made sure we had what we needed.
This is a great stop for a casual treat with friends or a quick dessert after shopping or coffee. I would go back to try more drinks and waffle flavors.

Such a welcoming small business. The interior is calming and beautiful with lots of fresh flowers. They offer beautiful book bound menus. The staff is friendly and the tea I ordered was delicious. I was able to use my laptop and get work done in a quiet place. I will definitely come back to try the food next time.

We didn’t really know how to order boba so the owner talked us through it. She was so kind and patient! Then she let my kids try their drinks to see if she needed to make any modifications to make sure they liked them. Such a fun experience learning something new! We’ll definitely be back!
