The chef is exceptional! The menu varies depending on the season. It’s farm to table fresh, seasoned perfectly, good size portions and beautifully plated. Must have reservations. It’s a little noisy but doesn’t distract from the exceptional food and service. After this experience you will never want to go anywhere else! Staff is friendly and the restaurant is in a remodeled home that’s inviting. The modern artwork makes each seating area lively and unique to the dining experience. Absolutely one of my all time favorite dining experiences. We have been coming here for years and every time it’s exceptional.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. It was amazing! A nice gem in Berkeley Springs. Every dish we had was seasoned perfectly, and made you want to eat every last bite. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu items and was ready to answer any questions we had. They had a few special seasonal items on top of the set menu which was nice, but made it harder to decide, (in a good way). The price was also very fair for the experience, and food that you get. The only thing is the dining room was a little small. So, I could see it feeling crowded if every table was full. However, it is a historical house so it also makes sense. I highly recommend trying this place out, whether you’re in the area visiting or a local looking for a nice evening out.

We were lucky to be here for their first night of the winter season, it was such a memorable experience! Every dish was unexpectedly full of flavor and tasted so freshly homemade. Our server was wonderfully thoughtful and attentive. Definitely a highlight of our trip, 100% worth the price for the amazing quality and craft of the food!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had a perfect evening! The atmosphere was romantic and relaxing, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The surf and turf was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Our waitress was professional, kind, and very attentive — she made the night even more special. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with our meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an elegant and memorable dining experience!

We were very excited to come here based on reviews, but left underwhelmed. Here are the pros: friendly server, the best butternut squash soup I’ve had. My friend enjoyed the fried goat cheese. We appreciated the wine list. The cons: the entrees were very underwhelming. The scallops were fine but the risotto was undercooked. The presentation of the veal chop was beautiful and the protein was flavorful but the side potatoes and compote lacked flavor and both came out cold. We heard the table next to us also comment that their entrees were just “okay”. The portions of the entrees were also much larger than one would expect at a fine dining restaurant (this may be a pro for some). We decided to take our desserts to go. We did enjoy the almond ricotta cheesecake but the chocolate tort was just average.

What a gem! We took in the food after taking in the waters and what a treat it all was.
Every single dish that we had was delicious and gloriously presented. The prosciutto wrapped figs with goat cheese (a special) were exquisite. The crispy duck was crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The panko crusted crab cake served with strip steak was fantastic and the ramp chimichurri won’t be soon forgotten. The chocolate torte and lavender creme brulee were both wonderfully delicate ways to wrap up the experience.
Overall we couldn’t have been more pleased. It was an wonderful dining experience!

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at Lot 12. The food is incredible, the service fantastic, and the ambiance quaint.
The duck was succulent and flavorful. The goat cheese and crab dip melted in our mouths. The surf and turf special was seasoned and cooked perfectly.
