Delicious hot fudge milkshake make by a very nice counter person and the world’s worst nasty double cheeseburger. Seriously— two dried out pucks and a slice of cold unmelted cheese. Almost difficult to do it worse.

Waited 45 min for my online order. No acknowledgment at all. Charter bus comes in and places larger order. The staff are cursing because of the big order. Love DQ but won’t be back.

I ordered a medium chocolate cone with sprinkles. In the picture is what I was handed! Very upset of the customer service and item I received. The girl wasn’t friendly or smiled. She pretty much laughed when she hand me the cone. This was very disappointing!

They were busy, they still managed to get the food out quickly. They were courteous and very efficient with their service. Prices weren’t to bad, and the food was very good.

They gave me the wrong order. I ordered 2 of the chicken tender meal boxes. One box os BBQ tossed one dry with ranch. They fixed it when I came back the next week. So much better than Ohio DQ locations. They dont even separate your foods like here. In Ohio your toast gets BBQ sauce on it fries too. Here they separate everything in containers in the box and even include a cup of Gravey for some reason. Tried it with the fries and the chicken (NOT BBQ) was great. They are busy as all hell in there taking delivery orders so I am not mad they messed up my order at all. They might need better workers though. Managers were busting their ass but the employees should be able to get it done without them. JUST my opinion. I dont know if they were to busy to me nice and friendly or just never are. From what I read on reviews after posting I guessed they never are so I dropped a star. I also dropped another star after reading about the lemonade, it still tastes messed up now im worried if I will be stuck with a date dropping off Obamas in the porcelain throne. They need to clean their pumps! Now I am mad. I dont like my food or drinks being off. I also sat for like 5 plus minutes waiting for my food so off another star.

Ordered through drive-up …..was first car in line. Sat for a couple mins which is expected there and the girl finally came to the window and handed me 3 bags. I started to pull out and reached into a bag for a French fry and it was a chicken strip basket. I stopped and took it back inside and the girl at the counter took the bag and never said a word to me , put the basket back in the slot with other food and never came back over to me. I left and went back to my car still sitting at end of drive thru and then noticed they left out my fries……went back inside and told them , a lady asked what size I ordered, then had the girl get them for me . She came back handed them to me and turned and walked away ….never saying a word! I’m sorry but your customer service sucks , and this is not the first time . I should have driven away with what was not mine but that is not me. Will seriously think about other choices before going back there again .

I only went thru the drive thru, but the line moved well, wasn’t long, and when I asked for a drink carrier because I was by myself, they didn’t hesitate to get one and put all the blizzards in it before giving it to me.

We came through the drive-through to order our much-needed desserts and the lady working drive-through was extremely rude and showed no signs of being someone who should work inCustomer Service. When we got to the window, a lovely young lady came took our money. I asked her who took our order over the speaker cause I could tell by the voice that it was not the same person, she said a girl named Siana, but she was already gone, so I asked for her name and told her I would be coming online to leave my review about my experience. Will not be returning I’d rather Drive to LaVale to spend $20 on ice cream then to spend my money in Cumberland and be spoke to like I’m not a valued customer.
