Here I am AGAIN, 08-11-23 and a few other times since my last review
I just don’t understand how difficult it is to see my order, when I place it online, stuffed pretzel crust because time and time again, I receive regular crust! Tonight, same thing. I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust and a pepperoni stuffed crust and picked it up via the pizza portal. My bad for not having checked them in store but once I arrived back home and my family gathered to enjoy their pizza, I was informed the pretzel crust was not stuffed…AGAIN! I picked up this order at 9:30, found out it was wrong at 9:45, called the store immediately and no one bothered to answer the phone, with 15 minutes left before closing I didn’t go back. I had already wasted time and money, I wasn’t going to waste the gas for yet another screw up on their behalf. If it were up to me I’d stop putting my money into this store however, some family members lOVE the stuffed crust (because it is good, when we actually receive it). Just know, if you choose to order pizza from the Little Caesars in Booneville MS, be prepared to eat whatever pizza they feel like giving you!

Too many times I’ve gotten less than acceptable pizza and 2 days ago I stopped for some Stuffed Crazy Bread (because it’s so good and cheesy with loads of garlic) and once home (less than 2 minutes away) I opened the bag to find this….how VERY disappointing! It was only 5pm, I expected to have hot and ready, made a reasonable amount of time previous to my visit but as you can clearly see from the pics, they were burned not at all in any shape for sale, yet still put out for customers. Unfortunately I keep going back because I enjoy Little Caesars pizza but am less and less surprised when I leave with less than I’ve ordered!

I think her name is Lisa, she went over and beyond her job today.
I went in and ordered my food, I knew it would be a wait considering what I wanted needed to be cooked. I told her I would wait in my car and come in when it’s done.
She brought it out to my car and made my entire day with her personality!
10/10 would stop again. She was great!

Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza 4/15 because my daughter had heard it was back on the menu. That was the ONLY reason I ordered from LC that day. Regrettably we did not check the pizza inside the box while at the counter because we did not receive a stuffed pretzel crust nor were we told when handed the pizza that it was not a stuffed pretzel crust. This is not the first time our order has been wrong and when your child has her heart set on pretzel stuffed crust and she doesn’t get it, I do not appreciate that. I left feedback in regards to this matter on their website immediately after finding we had wrong pizza but have not heard back. Poor service once again.

I visit this establishment in Boonville ms. on 4/4/2024 at first notice there was no pizzas available. There was Onlly one order of cheese crazy puff.
I agreed to those because i didnt want to wait. But, I instantly open the box before leaving and the cheese was dark than i am!! I i asked if any fresh pizza would be available soon he looks toward the back and said NAW!!! i asked for a refund and left!! How is a pizza place out of pizza!! In Sc they open the boxes for you to see the products before U except them!!! That would be a nice gesture!! Thanks but no thank.
