I always use the Little Caesars app to order pizzas. This has been the first time in a long time that the pizza was made and ready before the order ready time. The employees greeted me when I entered the store. The pizza was hot and made to my request. This was our first time using this location but I’ll definitely be coming back with service like this!

Honestly I don’t usually leave reviews but I visited these guys on saturday and they had SUPERB PIZZZZAAAA!!!! Literally I was kinda complaining to the cashier how the Pizza hut over in this area is giving me inconsistent dry some times greasy sometimes cheesy definitely NOT extra pepperoni pizzas (I’ve had this issue even moving from my panhandle homeland pizza “huts”, they aint the HUT they used to be) and this little Caesars in particular has exceptional pizza. I got the pretzel pepperoni this visit and as I was whining homie said “if you want flavor the cheesy sauce is good, but filling works best with the pizza sauce one. Here have a cheesy JALAPENO DIP to get that extra zest”!!! Love this place great customer service and when pizza hut jips me on my “extra pep (really lower than normal pep is what they give) jalapeno” I go here on Anderson mill for this Caesars pizza. Don’t believe me? Look at the three photos I took, the PIZZA truly does outclass the hut and it’s much more affordable in these trying times too. I now call them the “CHADsars” because honestly affordable, cheesy, greasy and delicious while filling enough to eat 2 slices and get fully but I eat a min of three even on the tasty deep dish they got cuz it’s exceptionally PERFECT!!

I’ve been to this location a couple times which I’ve had great experiences no issues I should have taken a picture of the pizza which I was very dissatisfied I ordered a pizza online order to be made of course and I noticed online that the pizza was made extremely quickly I went right over to get my pizza which island State 3 minutes away from this location I opened up the pizza and it looked extremely old when I went back the worker there tried to lie at first to give me excuse like it took me forever to get there to pick it up but when he looked at the time he quickly stopped his sentence and then said he’ll remake it and throw it in the trash I looked over at the ovens that they have the hot and ready they all had writing on them and the pizza box of course that I had had the writing on them as well so basically he gave me a pizza that have been sitting in the oven for a very long time that’s why I was ready so quickly if I would have wanted a hot and ready out at winter location in order to there not online but the simple fact of them to actually sell someone a pizza that has been sitting in the oven so long and look so old is very shocking to me it took them a long while to remake my 499 Detroit box and it was a major difference between the one they originally gave me and the one that they cook for me while I was there I understand they get a lot of orders in trying to get things done quickly but cutting corners like that and giving someone old food is not acceptable at all I was very dissatisfied with the service I got and quality of food that was given

Wrong items given! I had my food delivered. When it got to me, I looked and the incorrect sauces were given. I gave grace, maybe someone truly made a mistake. So I called and spoke to someone about getting a refund. I told the employee I only received 1 out of 3 sauces I ordered. I asked can you refund me over the phone or do I need to come in person. He said we can’t give refunds for a singular item and that I could come in and get a free soda or the right sauces. I don’t drink soda and it wasn’t a singular item it was multiple. It’s more work for me to drive there for a free soda/sauces when getting my money back is more motivating.. no matter the amount. It’s the principle. Had it been the wrong pizza and I brought it back and changed my mind about getting food altogether would you have told me I couldn’t get a refund because it’s a singular item too.

This is the second time they screwed my order up the exact same way. Ordered the fanceroni pizza which is supposed to have over 100 pepperonis and the edgeless crust. Again I find they just made me a regular pizza with a normal amount of pepperoni. I’m basically out $12 because I paid that much twice for a $6 pizza.

Don’t go here if you plan to use a Little Caesars gift card, first no one will know what to do when the card reader doesn’t pick up the card magnet, then they’ll blame you for the card having no funds even though it’s confirmed to have funds, then to make sure you really have a bad experience, they’ll double charge your debit card
