This store is severely understaffed, and isn’t very knowledgeable of their own menu. I tried ordering 2 of the new chicken wraps that are advertised 2 for $5 and when I got to the window the total was more than it should be. The person in the window went to get her manager. The manager came back and said the only price that is posted is when you get 1 as a meal. I explained to her THAT IN HER FRONT WINDOW WAS A SIGN FOR 2 FOR $5 CHICKEN WRAPS and I expected to receive that price. After she fixed the price I was asked to pull around and I waited for almost 10 minutes for 2 small easy to make chick wraps. That is ridiculous! Those things when made by a knowledgeable staff take 2 min. Probably won’t be back.

There was an issue that cause a bit of a wait. Had I been in a hurry and unaware of the circumstances, say driving-through, ignorance on my part may have resulted in a different review. However, knowing delay was not of their making and furthermore beyond their control, the friendly service provided throughout more than made up for it. Great staff, clean bathrooms, upkept lobby; definitely a 5☆ establishment.

Took forever to give, then get my order. They gave me a root beer when I ordered a Pepsi. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal. Two of the 5 pieces we’re very small. Together they would have made one normal sized tender. I ordered 2 mashed potatoes without gravy. They gave me 2, with gravy. Food tasted good though.

I sent my son over to order a meal with original chicken for me. He didn’t check it and brought it home to me and it was crispy chicken, which I don’t like. I called this store to tell them what happened and they told me to come over and they would replace it. Well, they did replace it and even gave me some extra pieces of chicken, which I thought was very nice of them to do. They were very kind about everything, too. I told them I was going to stay one of their loyal customers because of that. I think they went out of their way to make the situation right. It’s great when people care.

I usually don’t leave reviews that are negative….but this place was a joke on our visit. We were told to pull around front even though they only had two people in the drive thru. We wanted 10 mins then a girl came out and said “sorry what did you order?” I told her then she went back in. When she finally brought the order out we checked the bag only to see we had like 5 fries in one of the fry containers. The doors were locked so I pulled back around the drive though, showed the girl the frys and told her I would like more! She said it would be 2 mins and if we could pull around front again. We sat and ate our burgers waiting… while we were sitting there they had an employee on their phones in the dining area and two others sitting at a table. Needless to say we never got our frys or the spicy papa sauces I paid for. I work in the service industry and totally understand restaurants are short staffed but they had 5 employees that couldn’t even get two orders out! I didn’t go back through the drive through, we just left.

I arrived to the drive thru and waited12 minutes behind the car who was at the speaker. I decided to leave the drive thru and go inside to order. I was the only customer at the counter who needed to be helped. An employee told me she’ll be right with me. After waiting 8 minutes I was able to place my order. The restaurant did not have all items that they offer on their menu. I was told they were out of mac and cheese. They wouldn’t be getting any until their next shipment! After ordering my meal, I had to wait 15 additional minutes for the biscuits to finish baking. If this wasn’t enough to deal with, 2 of the the ceiling tiles were soaked and dripping onto one of the tables in the lobby. This establishment definitely needs to improve with customer service and should be looked at by food service health inspectors.
