I had to update my review because tonight we had some of the best Pizza Hut we’ve had in YEARS!! Our food was so fresh and delicious I called to speak to the manager! The person that cooked our food is named DeMario. I told him how much we appreciated his efforts and he thanked us and talked about how he takes pride in doing his job. The breadsticks had the perfect amount of seasoning, with a little crunch on the ends, the pizza was still hot and delicious and the Cinnabons were the perfect sweet treat! From now on, we will ask if DeMario is on duty, if not we’ll pass. This taste reminded of us of when PH was a restaurant in the good ole days! Thanks so much!!

The manager here is so UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in to get a refund bc I was charged for a tip that I did not opt to give. After the manager told me twice that I intentionally tipped and I explained to him twice that I did not bc when I came in there the card reader had to be re booted because it wasn’t working correctly so maybe it was a glitch. He gets an attitude bc he said I told him the story about the malfunctioning card reader twice (again, me telling the story twice was bc he blamed me twice). I asked for his managers number and his smart tail says “555-Google it bc you won’t get it from me” like how unprofessional could you be? Then he starts yelling at me about how he wasn’t going to listen to my story another time. I have it all on video and have already started blasting it to social media. I am a customer! He is a representative of the brand! Even if I told the story 10 times, you don’t scream and yell at a customer. I hope everyone close to this store takes their business elsewhere.

I was denied service today for the second time in the row. This stem from the store manager becoming upset with me because I sent my food back twice last week because it was undercook. I was given a rebuttal and the manager even came out to my car banging on my window. When i got home he called me and told me to never come there again. I’m confused as to how they can deny me service and one of his employees the Caucasian woman told me today if I want to speak with him he will be in tomorrow. I’m not sure how this store is operating something has to change! The Caucasian woman even threaten to call the police if I didn’t leave.

Not going to go too hard but not sure about these little baby gizzards/giblet rocks (supposed to be wings) that were delivered. One batch we received was perfect the other was just wrong. This location normally does a good job. I guess the food quality person wasn’t working or someone found humor in this. Either way folks work hard. Please restaurants everywhere, let’s do better.

So I have been going to this Pizza Hut for nearly 2 years and the management has changed at least every 6 months from that time to now. But I think they finally have it right. My Pizza was made to perfection by a young man name Quin that I would see at the cashier register for some months now. He explained that he was now making Pizza’s and He did an absolutely amazing job. Just perfect. I’m glad he took a step up and went to the kitchen because honestly in the 2 years I have come to this place, I have never seen a pizza so beautiful and taste so fresh. Thank you again Quin keep up the good work!!

I am writing to share my recent experience with an order I placed. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed with the outcome. I ordered two pizzas: a pesto margarita and a stuffed crust pepperoni with double pepperoni. Unfortunately, the pesto sauce was omitted from the pesto pizza, and the stuffed crust had neither cheese nor marinara sauce, resulting in a hard crust with only pepperoni.
Additionally, the order was delayed; I received it at 7:52 PM, well past the expected time of 7:38 PM. As I had hungry children at home, I was unable to wait for a replacement.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the future.

I only have 2 stars because my food was ready and the lady was nice. Well this store has an 80 so that alone should have led me back out the door but I had already paid and refunds are usually a headache. My food was hard on the outside and lukewarm on the inside. I hope I don’t puke because I’m pregnant and I’m not happy at all with what I allowed myself to devour. The store smells like sour water too. Ugh I’m very unhappy.

I’ve been coming to this location for 12 years but that new manager is definitely bad for business. My husband and I placed a T-Mobile Tuesday order yesterday that gave us a free flatz pizza with a $1 purchase. Total was $2.12, but when we got there the pizza was still on our tickets. The manager tried to tell me the special was only before 5pm when the flatz were $5, even though I told him they rang up $6.99 when we placed our orders. He took them off but he has such a condescending way of speaking to customers. This was my 2nd time dealing with him speaking to me that way, so I told him about it this time. His response was, that’s your opinion. Pizza Hut really needs to get this man out of their stores dealing with customers. He has no customer service skills at all. That was my 3rd time visiting this location since he’s been there and the 1st time I witnessed him speaking to another lady like that because she didn’t like how her pizzas looked, they were just throwing those $2 pizza together.

Just ordered from here, my experience is usually good but I don’t know what happened tonight. My husband picked it up & gave some to the kids before i could even see it but from what’s left it, I would have taken it back as soon as I saw this has he not given it to the kids. it was prepared sloppily.. to much cheese it was supposed to have bacon, pepperoni & ham, there is no bacon & barely any ham. I tried to call to speak with a manager but no one would answer so I left my complaint with Pizza Hut online. This is unacceptable
