I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location today.
I placed an online order ahead of time and went to the store for pickup, expecting it to be ready or at least prepared in a reasonable order. Instead, the staff repeatedly prioritized every new walk-in customer who came after me. I stood there watching multiple orders being prepared while mine was completely ignored. I waited over 20 minutes before they finally started making my food, and that only happened after the store stopped getting new customers.
What made the situation worse was the condition of my order. I ordered spicy wings, but they had barely any seasoning on them , almost no visible spice at all. At first glance, it honestly looked like two orders of plain wings. The only reason I know they didn’t simply mix up the order is because there was a tiny, barely noticeable amount of spice powder on them. It felt intentional and careless.
Additionally, I selected two different dipping sauces, but I was given two identical ones instead.
This entire experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Online orders should not be treated as lower priority, and customers should not feel ignored or singled out.
I hope management reviews the security footage and addresses this with the staff. No customer should be treated this way.

Ordered chicken strips and they gave me chicken that looked like chicken jerky. They definitely are not following popeyes process. They also dont know how to take orders they seemed sketchy.

Was thrilled it opened up so close to home, wanted to give it a try. Ordered at the drive thru. Asked the employee a question, he said he would ask but he never answered it. Ok whatever….got a family meal, and some sides and the strawberry pie.
Now the chicken skin was nice and really crunchy but the meat reminded me of convenience store food. Where it’s been sitting out for hours on end and the meat is like super dry and stringy. Similar to gum and once the flavor is spent to then spit it out.
One of the sides was mac & cheese, the mac was cooked too long and it melded with the cheese.
Tasted ok but, should maybe be called mac & cheese soup as there was no macaroni texture.
The mashed potatoes were fine, I mean if they messed this up it would’ve been really interesting.
Ngl for $40 I expected more, but at least the pies were awesome. Probably go here for the pies and not the chicken.

I haven’t had PPC since 2010, but TikTok reviews had made me want to try it out. The food was hot and fresh! The service was great! Keep up the good work, with quality clean food.

In and out in under 5 minutes via drivethru. Staff is friendly, food is on the level. Haven’t been inside yet but kitchen looks clean and organized.

For his new this location is the place was so dirty! The floor was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been mopped since they opened. The table was covered in food. The bathrooms were disgusting! We tried to order on the computer kiosk and when we were done putting in four meals the kiosk said error which was annoying. We had to order with the cashier, who was very friendly. The food was good but with how dirty it was we probably won’t be back.
