Terrible service, on top of that the lady at the counter was rude and messed up the entire order we told them no tomato cause we have an allergy and they still put them in everything , I just paid almost 45$ for inedible bs . Not cool and when we tried to call no answer. Can’t even take responsibility for there actions , the younger lady was the only one who actually knew what was going on and was properly following food safety .

The New Mexico style double meat burger with green chili is absolutely legendary. Old style swivel stools give it a 1950’s vibe. It’s a lovely place. Highly recommended for sure. The prices are amazingly low, too, especially nowadays.

TRIED IT AGAIN 2/16/26
Ordered online, wait at counter behind 1 person only to have to wait 10 minutes to be helped….. SERVICE HERE SUCKS!!!!!
The guy working in the counter, obviously has a one track mine and can only help one person at a time and can’t ask the next person in line what they can get for them while they’re doing something else. And then the lady finally got off of her phone from behind the workstation and come up to help after about 10 minutes worth of standing around.
This group of misfits running this location needs to be FIRED! I ordered food online, went to pick up my order and their fryer was down….. did they bother to call me and let me know??? NO…. But they had my onion rings and burgers ready if I didn’t want fries….. I said NO, I ordered 4 burgers 2 fries and 2 onion rings for 4 people…. So they said come back in 30 minutes for your food…. I said “yall have my number?” She said yes and repeated my number from order, so I said just call me when it’s ready… so they finally called back and then said it will be ready in 10 minutes, I said fine, throw several Blakes sauce and ketchup in with the order ….. she said I’ll give you one but the others are 55 cents each…… RECAP…update…… so,, I order online, go pick up, not ready, have to go burn gas driving back up there and you want to give me 1 and charge me for 3 Blakes sauce????? Plus the burgers were COLD and not remade fresh…. Nothing like a burger 40 minutes after it’s made (insert your own sarcasm) but WHATEVER…. LAST TIME BLAKES GETS MY $45 for food.

Ordered pickup….picked up order. Order was wrong. We were charged for a NM style lotaburger with bacon 8.99. Received a cheeseburger only in order. OVERCHARGED BY $3.00! We attempted to call the store a dozen times, we were disconnected every time. They have an automated service for the phones, and it SUCKS. I guess we will have to make a trip back to the store for the refund. So much for “customer service “.

We kindly asked if our burrito had crispy hash browns, the cook said yes. Expecting to have a well made delicious breakfast burrito, I unwrapped it broke a piece off and seen this. I’m HIGHLY disappointed. Not only because the hash browns are not made how I put the order in but because of the dishonesty, this is not the first time this has happened either!!! It could have been double checked when my kind Husband asked if it was crispy in the first place.

This location has gone above and beyond on two occasions where I need a large order of breakfast burritos for company meetings. I’m usually there shortly after they open and have to wait no more than 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly as well, the manager is a very caring gal with great customer service. I will continue to come here with needs like these.

Did an online order and picked it up which all was great. Got all the way back home to find out the one of the burritos I got was wrong. And completely different. I tried to call to get it fixed. But you can’t get anyone on the phone to speak with. Just a busy tone and then hangs up on you. I can’t go back and get it remade since now it’s past 11.
