I love this Starbucks I go to this Starbucks on the regular and I love it!! The employees are great I love it my usual a caramel ribbon crunch a sausage cheddar & egg sandwich and one maybe two cake pops!! This is a great one!! I definitely recommend checking this Starbucks out

Parking was a challenge.
This Starbucks’s inside looks old, especially sofas and tables look very old, dirty and clumsy as you can see on my photos. I sat a sofa section right next to restrooms but couldn’t stay for my coffee because once in a while bed smell from the restrooms smeared to my seating area when the doors were opened…..
Unfortunately there were no seat available on the other side…so I left.

They are so kind at this Starbucks! They were absolutely slammed busy. My drink was accidentally made hot instead of iced and they remade it for me with no problem or attitude at all. They make the drinks amazing too! 10/10 recommend.

Friendly and welcoming baristas and they make my drink the way I love it! The biggest thing to note about this location is that parking is tight no matter what time of the day you go there! So, leave yourself a little extra time to find a spot!

I go to Starbucks almost every day, but I’ll never visit this location again. My iced coffee with 4 shots was ready pretty quickly (although they didn’t add the Splenda that I requested, and their Splenda is behind the counter). Minor issue. I also ordered a pastry that didn’t need to be heated. 15 minutes later I asked how much longer it’d be. “Soon”. Other people also asked about their orders, but no one was rude to her. She was clearly heard complaining to her co workers about being “heckled”.
25 minutes after I ordered my pastry I asked for a refund. The app gave me a wait time of 6 minutes. Clearly incorrect.
Do yourself a favor and drive past this Starbucks and go to another.

It’s clean, and the baristas are always friendly and welcoming.
When I was in the area, I loved coming here to study, and it is conveniently a ~7-minute walk from the Bryn Mawr College campus.
It has a nice atmosphere / ambiance, and orders are ready in a timely manner.

it takes forever to get done talking to people before taking orders from the next people. The employee who was at the cashier she was not paying attention there’s a lot of people waiting for taking orders I was there for like 10 minutes when she chatted with another people. At not taking my order. I don’t know her name and she Don’t have name tag . It’s the worst Starbucks ever I’ve been at. There is a lot of fly on the sweet stuff that I was going to buy but it looks disgusting . I need to respond to what happened soon please

I was supposed to order green tea, lemonade, and a dash of cinnamon and I made a mistake when placing the order. I went back in and explained what I wanted and told them it was my mistake I said it wrong the first time and they fixed it with no problem. I believe the guy’s name was Jacob and he was great when I came back.

I ordered a grande white mocha. what I received was a white hot chocolate. I proceeded to go back through the drive-thru. The person taking the orders told me I ordered a hot chocolate and was extremely rude about it. I only get one drink from Starbucks the same thing everyday. The cashier told me he’d put a shot of expresso in my drink. I did not want to keep the mismade drink. I kindly asked him to make me a new one. What I received then was a barely half full drink. Just because you’re closing in 30 minutes doesn’t mean you can treat your customers badly. We pay a lot of money for these drinks. I should at least get what I paid for. As a loyal customer of Starbucks it pains me to admit that instances like this happen often. Hence the reason I’m writing this review now.
