Local family told us to give it a try. The setting was very pleasant. Bagels and topings were subpar. Lacked the flavor that it was labeled to be. And this was with numerous flavors; cinninum, raisens, olives, pimento, and salmon. The only item with flavor was the garlic, which we liked. The indoor seating area was quite noisy, and there few places outside to eat, Great idea for a bagel bakery as many families with children were there. Unfortunately, due to the food, we will not be back. Wish the place well.

Started our morning at Crescent Bagel Company and it was fantastic. We tried two breakfast bagels—one with egg, bacon, and cheese on a plain bagel, and the other with egg, bacon, and ham on an everything bagel. Both were fresh, hearty, and packed with flavor, with perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon that really hit the spot.
The coffee was excellent too—smooth and well-brewed, making it the perfect pairing for the bagels. Friendly service and a laid-back atmosphere made it a great way to start the day. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

These bagels are top notch. These bagels remind me of the many Artisian shops such as Star Bakery and New York Bagel in MI. The outer crust of the bagel is crispy while the inner bagel is chewy. In every bite you taste the freshness and the quality ingredients. I ordered the mixed cream cheese “schmears”, Jalapeno and Bacon cheddar with scallion. It would not surprise me if someone is in the back preparing fresh batches of the cream cheese made with fresh ingredients of milk, lemon juice, and salt.
The customer service can be viewed as problematic but there is a work around. If you don’t want to wait in line, order online. After standing in line for 10 minutes, I placed my order while standing inline and it was ready within less than 5 minutes. Pick up your order on the metal shelf next to the refrigerator showcase.
The location is busy so be patient as the crew is creating a quality meal for you.

Loved everything about Crestline Bagel! First, all the employees were so nice and friendly, such a positive, welcoming vibe. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was delicious, and my latte was very good too. The coffee was smooth, not bitter. I ate alone and enjoyed the beautiful flowers from Leaf & Petal next door. I also bought 6 bagels to go and pup sticks for my dog. (They offer both paper and plastic for to go bagels. I chose plastic for freshness.) I’m sure they’ll receive rave reviews as well! I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Birmingham!

This place is always packed so I was super excited to come here for my birthday, unfortunately that’s as far as the excitement went. When we got there the employees had awful attitudes, they seemed so annoyed that there were people ordering food….at a bakery… Rolling their eyes, short answers and even ignoring costumers. Then we got our food. This is my husbands “ham and cheese croissant”…I see the croissant but where the heck are the other ingredients? Between the awful service and the horrible food, my birthday breakfast was a bust!

I did not catch the cashier’s name, but he was fantastic! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received! The ham and cheese croissant was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed it so much, and the environment was beautiful. My friend and I walked around after we had breakfast and coffee and were just in awe of the beauty of everything. I can’t wait to come back and try new things. This is probably my new favorite spot.

Stopped by Crestline Bagel before work and it was the perfect start to my morning! The bagels were fresh, warm, and really tasty — easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe even during the morning rush. Definitely my new go-to breakfast spot before heading to work!

Should really consider changing your hours on your website. I have been there at 6:00 am ten or more times and not once have you been open. This morning I waited over ten minutes and saw several others park and then leave waiting for you to open.

Fantastic quality food and a huge selection. Our new weekend routine is for me to go pick up a Nova bagel for myself and a cinnamon roll for the wife. During COVID we’ve been getting takeout, but the patio area is beautiful, especially with all the plants surrounding you from Leaf & Pedal, the nursery next door. I can’t believe it took us this long to go. My wife thanks you for the best homemade cinnamon roll around.
