Yesterday I made a delivery order at 7:03.. Food didn’t arrive until 9:15. Upon calling the location I was on hold 2 hours. Then my time changed and I was hung up on. When food finally arrived I checked and just paid attention to the temp. When I sat down to really eat the food the order was incorrect and the sandwich veggies weren’t thoroughly cooked. I know I spoke with other location and was informed general manager was out of town, but this was beyond a horrible first experience. Then to get an email offering a free pizza is absurd. Who’s waiting over 2 hours again for the wrong food.

ordered ny style & got regular crust… gave the delivery driver a $10 tip on a $20 order to ensure my order was placed on the porch because of dogs & my baby sleeping… she insisted on calling not once but TWICE waking my baby & disrupting the dogs…how hard is it to just walk to see the numbers on the house??? … never again

My pizza is terrible looking. I refuse to eat this. My cheese bread was decent. I ordered pepperoni and bacon w extra cheese. I’ve never gotten a pizza so awful looking from dominos or anywhere else. There’s hardly cheese on the pizza. I’ve been on hold with the store for about 20 minutes in total. I’m just going to take it back up there. I don’t even want another pizza, I’ll find something else for dinner.

Everything was good, except for the pizzas. Looks like at least a pound of shredded cheese on each pizza, I did not request extra cheese, and even if I had, this is a little much. Makes it hard/ sickening to eat, and not to national Dominos standards. And this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
Edit: after the cheese colded down and solidified, it was alot like cheesy bread when I dipped it in marinara. That tasted pretty good compared to trying to eat it gooey. But if I wanted cheesy bread I would’ve ordered it.

Literally ordered my pizza 2 hours ago, had to repetitively go in and check if it was ready. Went in for the last time and they hadn’t even put it in the oven yet! This store is awful and I’ve never had a good experience. It’s been years since I’ve ate from here and I tried to today but won’t be again.

Not even worth one star. We are new to town and ordered delivery as we moving in. Pizza was really late, cold, box was smashed and soggy. Wing were cold and nasty. NOT impressed!! Won’t be ordering from you again.
