The Dan Dan noodles are the undeniable highlight. The springy texture and exceptional quality of the noodles themselves are consistently perfect, perfectly clinging to the sauce. The soups dumplings are good. The filling and the broth can be better. The thin wrap is fantastic .Combined with the fantastic service and the fact that you cannot beat the price for this level of food, this place is a must-visit.

Good food at a very decent price. The dumplings and noodles are well-made, and the location is convenient. It’s a great spot for a casual meal. Customer service would’ve been better overall.

Customer service was not the best. The female waiter kept on talking to her co-workers and stayed in the kitchen without checking on us. We had to wait for 20 minutes just to ask for more napkins.

I had mostly dismissed this place as a chain restaurant. Which it is, but very well done! It’s in a good location, food is affordable and the service is prompt. I’m not an expert at the cuisine, but loved what we ordered. The kale salad was simple and delicious. The crab meat xiaolongbaos were the bomb.

Went to Dough Zone in Kirkland on Christmas night and it was extremely busy with takeout orders and delivery drivers everywhere. Despite the chaos, Sherry was basically running the entire place on her own, serving tables, handling takeout orders, and keeping everything moving. She did an incredible job making sure we were taken care of, kept our water filled, and made sure every item we ordered came out correctly. Her attitude and professionalism completely elevated the experience. Huge shoutout to Sherry for turning a hectic night into a great one. We’ll definitely be back!

Always enjoy it when I’m able to go to Dough Zone. Everything tends to be good and tastes fresh. I really enjoyed the spicy beef pancake roll and the sweet spicy garlic sauce that comes with the wontons. Dough Zone is a great spot because just about everyone can find something they will like on the menu.

First, before the food, the meal has even started, there is the thermos of ice water brought to the table which I think is flat out genius. I don’t know why I’ve never seen this at a restaurant before! It is a thoughtful gesture that totally sets me up to like this restaurant! Then the small dishes of shredded ginger, another great small offering I’ve never seen before.
There were little surprises here, so uniquely different than most Asian restaurants it’s like wandering into a time space warp. We expected the soup dumplings would come in soup, but actually there was soup inside instead, little explosions of soupy goodness.
The Dan Dan noodles were fantastic, the Wontons were crunchy on the outside and succulent on the inside, some of the best we’ve had. Great Green Onion Pancakes, a rare and hard to find treat and my little sandwich thing (I can’t remember the name) was unique and tasty.
Had I realized the place is a chain, I might have hesitated. Chain food is rarely what I’m looking for, but I’m glad we went in. Very different than any other Asian restaurant in America I’ve been in. Dishes I came to expect while living abroad, but have never seen back here in the states. And well executed.
