We order from this Dominos about once a month. 80% of the time, the pizza is hot, good, and exactly what we ordered. 20% of the time I wonder how my pie was allowed out of the store. I get it, dinner service is busy but please don’t force me ask you to replace my mangled pizza. Just offer to send a fresh one. Offer a discount or a free pizza, something… I’m pretty disappointed, but I will say that the replacement I had to ask for was one of the best looking pizzas I have ever received from you, so thanks.

Went to pick up my order and it was well over 30 minutes late. The customer service was abysmal. No apologies or anything. I work in customer service and I would be fired if my boss saw me interact with a customer like that. We finally got our pizza and got home. Wrong order on both pizzas. Missing toppings and additional toppings we didn’t ask for. I usually want to say “things happen” but after the unpleasant girl at the front with zero customer services skills and then a completely wrong order that was 30 minutes late…I don’t know. I feel like the one star is deserved.

This location lies on the Dominos Tracker to not get in trouble
– ordered a pizza yesterday that said it would take 12 minutes
– 30 minutes later the dominos tracker says it’s complete
– I walk down to the dominos and 2 employees looked for my pizza. 1st one says it will be a couple minutes. 2nd employee looks everywhere (there’s like 20 pizzas in the oven and he doesn’t see it)
– ended up cancelling my order after waiting for 30 minutes.
I’m reporting this location to corporate today. Especially for marking a pizza complete when it’s not. I’ve had nothing but issues lately

Ordered a double pepperoni, ham, and extra cheese. Of course got charged and paid for all of that. But received a ham only pizza . Like how on the tracker it says someone is checking the order, yeah right. Our pizza wasn’t even close. So, nice to know I was charged for all the ingredients I never got.

Oh boy. The poor pizza and the poor staff at this place. Went in to get my carry out order and the guy with a beard cutting pizza was hollering. Bro was being mad disrespectful to his coworkers and throwing demands out. The lady that hand me my pizza was very nice at least. Tragic box opening when I got home too. Somehow missed putting ingredient on half the pizza lol. Guy with the beard, take a deep breath brother, ground yourself, don’t yell at your coworkers.

There is allegedly sauce on this pizza. They didn’t forget to put it on. It’s just such a minuscule amount that I don’t see it let alone taste it… definitely asking for extra next time, if I ever come again. Honestly Blackjack is so so so much better and basically the same price. This was very disappointing.

They instructed me to call the one that is further away from me. this location only has 3 stars and I could see why. The customer service sucks.
