Traveling from out of town, we stopped in for some hot pot. The staff members were nothing short of amazing. Super attentive and accommodating. Kept the drinks refilled and the broth full. I opted for a non spicy broth, the mushroom broth which was super yummy! If I didn’t know what something was on the conveyor belt, staff had no problems letting me know what it was. They gave a great run down of how everything works. They do have a 2 hour time limit, but if there’s no wait-list they may not enforce it, which is nice. We have a baby and it can be hard to eat at the same time and we didn’t feel rushed to get out of there. The restaurant was pristine clean. Tons of meat and veggies options. Tofu. Seafood. Even little ice creams which are included! We live in Texas, but absolutely would come back any and every time we visit Tampa!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Our service was super-friendly and very helpful. The ambiance is clean, organized, and inviting. The music selection is great! They were playing a little bit of everything. The conveyor belt brings all of your vegetables right to your table. You can get up to select the proteins and sauces that you wish to try. The selections are huge. The soft drinks are cans. The desserts are yogurt fruit bars and icee bars. Overall, we had a very enjoyable lunch here, and we will be back!

Food is decent, selection of produce and veggies is smaller than I hoped..comes on conveyer belt. The meat selection was ok and was self serve. The broth (Tum yum) was kind of bland honestly..we dolled it up..but service was friendly and good.. and Ice cream comes with it

So, it’s smaller in size but clean and bright compared to other hot pot restaurants bur the pot is smaller and on top of table (as compared to within the table). Strongly recommend to make reservations if having dinner on a Saturday. It had a variety of seafood selections including crawfish, shrimp with heads, scallops, mussels, fish, baby octopus, squid, and clams. Lots of different types of fish balls. My favorite was the fish ball with shrimp filling. Strangely enough there wasn’t any quail eggs!? Unfortunately, all the sauces at the sauce bar felt watered down. There wasn’t any sesame paste and you have to (know that you can) request to get the Chinese black vinegar from the back (to make dumpling dipping sauce). Personally felt that the broth was really salty (I got the original and my husband and friend got the tom yum). An improvement that could be made is providing a ladle to scoop your ingredients out of the pot that other places normally provide. The wait staff was very friendly and had good customer service.

I absolutely loved this restaurant!!! The food was fantastic! Everything was fresh and delicious. They had a lot of hot pot broths to choose from. I had the spicy broth and it was really good! The menu had so many choices of items for your hot pot. The tables are set up for hot pot. The dining room was very clean, the decor is classy & the service was wonderful!! After we made our food selections, the food was delivered to our table via a monorail!! It was amazing & so cool!!! After dinner, they offer ice cream desserts. They have great choices like klondike bars & icee bars! I love hot pot & I am always looking for new places to try. I highly recommend Yum Yum hot pot for hot pot lovers! You won’t be sorry!!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing hot pot! Great food and a great atmosphere. Brand new please please support local businesses! You wouldn’t find this at any of your local Asian restaurants. Perfect for six people to join one table. Had a great time meeting up with people and you should be able to as well!

This place really is Yum Yum (literally lol). I have been here several times and each time, the food, veggies and seafood were all very fresh. I love the conveyor belt style of hot pot where you can constantly see the variety of food that cycles around. The staff, service and ambience of this restaurant is very welcoming and family friendly. It is an all you can eat hot pot restaurant so you get to choose what goes in your hot pot and how you cook your food. I highly recommend them.

For starters, the staff is incredibly friendly. They check up on you periodically and always make sure that you have enough room to eat as they come back to pick up the plates frequently. It was my first time and Sasha made sure to answer all of my questions. The plum wine was fantastic very sweet but also gave me a nice buzz. For my sauce I got the Thai base and played around with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, peanut sauce, mushroom sauce, chili sauce, garlic, cilantro, and chives. I was literally in broth heaven. The longer the broth sat the better it got. I like my veggies pretty soft so I would add those in the beginning and then work my way up to the meats. They had a really nice selection of meats. My favorite was the lamb and the beef cut. Towards the end I started using more starch as well as seafood. This is when it had the best umami flavor. The starch also gave it a nice thickness. I was also incredibly impressed by the fact that they had taro. I could not stop grabbing a plate at the conveyor belt. The dumplings were also a favorite of mine. Towards the end though, I realized I bit off more than I could chew and had to tap out but I can’t wait to come back!

Since the closing of my current AYCE hot pot place, we tried out Yum Yum since the ratings were good. Once we entered, it was much smaller than I thought but it was very modern. We were seated right away and asked for our drinks. We noticed that the conveyor belt was not working or in progress probably due to the current distancing guidelines so that wasn’t really an issue. She also had presented us with a laminated paper to choose our broth, meats, and veggies. I don’t know if this is regular practice or if it was part of their distancing guidelines but we were able to choose from the many varieties that they had. We waited probably another 15 minutes before we got our drinks and our order picked up. I didn’t understand why since there were only 2 other tables – one was a 2 top and the other was a 4 top. Service there was definitely lacking on a Sunday early afternoon.
We opted for the Chinese Szechuan Spicy Broth – with fatty beef, dumplings, sweet potato noodles and some fish sauce for seasoning the broth and I tell you – I was in hot pot Heaven.
There was still a delay in service because we had to wait to order again on the laminated paper and that took another 10-15 minutes. It came on a train above the conveyor belt to your table so that was cool but if that was the case, I don’t know why they didn’t do the conveyor belt but I’m sure everyone has their reasons.
Had the service been on par, it would have been a 5 star review. Everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend and will be back for sure!
