I’ve never been to a restaurant where I couldn’t have tequila of my choice in a margarita. Apparently the manager wasn’t there to ask if I could. It was myself and 4 others at my table, some others came in for a young girls birthday and one other table and it took a while to get our non alcoholic beverage and our food. The food was good and the ladies at the DJ table were great.

Terrible experience, We ordered two shrimp, chicken & steak fajita meals. When the waitress delivered them to the table they were completely burned, The meat was charred and like leather. I told he these were unacceptable and immediately she acted as if she didn’t understand english, At that point i asked for a manager. I had actually saw the manager twice talking with employees before the food arrived. She walked away about ten minutes and then returned and said he was in the bathroom, I told her i would wait. Then she tried to say he had left. She then laid the check for $30.00 on the table, I told her i was refusing to pay and was about to leave. The young lady delivering chips and salsa came by and i asked if she could locate the manager and she said, Yes. As she walked away the original waitress stopped her and looked as if she was fussing with her. I got up to walk toward the register and I asked another waiter if he could locate a manager for me and he was very rude and loud and said he was just a server and he wasn’t telling anyone anything. When i approached the register another young lady was checking people out, I told her i was not going to pay for the food and was going to leave. However if there was a manager there i would speak to them before i left. She stepped to the kitchen area and about 20 seconds later the manager came out and i asked him to come over to the table and see the food. I then asked him (Pointing out the waitress) if she told him i wanted to speak with him, He said, No! I ask if he was in the bathroom earlier he said, No. I explained i had been waiting for a manager for almost 30 minutes. He agreed to not charge me but by his actions i believe he hid in the back hoping i would pay or walk out so he could call the police then attempt to get the money. I’ve included pics below.

I ordered 2 very large orders for a holiday party earlier this month and they absolutely delivered and fulfilled every thing that I needed and requested with no problem. Hilda was fantastic and was extremely helpful and understanding whenever I needed to make a change to my orders. The rest of the staff were also very helpful whenever I came to pay and pick up the food. Food was amazing, service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fiesta in Muscle Shoals. I ordered wings, and when I received them, they were clearly undercooked. I politely asked to speak with a manager, and a woman named Laura (not sure of the exact spelling) said she was the manager. I calmly explained the issue and asked if the wings could just be cooked a bit longer. Instead of offering to fix the problem, she accused me of just trying to get free food which was absolutely not the case. I was more than willing to pay I simply wanted properly cooked food.
Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and it completely ruined the experience for me. I won’t be returning to this location. From now on, I’ll stick to the Fiesta in Sheffield where I always get great food and excellent customer service.

Everyone’s meal was very cold expect 1 meal which was a burger. When we told our waiter she told us the only thing she could do was put it in the microwave. She didn’t offer to remake it or find a way to make it better other than saying she can go put it in the microwave. That is not good customer service at all. I then told her not and asked if they could remake it. She said no so then I ask for a refund because at that point I’m not eating the food then she proceeded to call everyone in my party broke and tell us that we just don’t have money for the food… I then get up and try and pay for my food she was refusing to take my card and said look you’re on camera because you won’t pay. I was sitting there handing her my card and telling her to let me pay for it so we can leave we didn’t even want the food anymore. They are very trashy people. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Please don’t waste your valuable money at this restaurant. We, 4 of us, went at around 8pm yesterday, Saturday . Walked no one to greet then this lady sat us near the bar but we requested to be in restaurant area no no server there and in fact no customers. There were about 10-12 youths on bar making noise and unruly made us uncomfortable. Waiter took drinks orders but had no clue what they were selling! At this time we were planning to walk out because of unsafe atmosphere and waitress no familiar with menu. Anyway we ordered entrees. No cutlery on our table. No waitress’s available. Look around for her but no one to help us so I decided to help myself off the shelf! Food came all dishes were wrong! We had different waitress now. She had to go back and forth to get correct order. Food was bland, cold and unappetizing. Told waitress same but did not care. Not once anyone came to us ask about our food, service etc. we wanted water but no one to be seen to ask. This restaurant was like a club at bar. We know why there was no eating customers because of lack of service and poor food quality. The ticket was totally wrong and had to argue with register lady who was manager/ owner who didn’t care at all. Added food we didn’t order. So check your bill before paying.
An awful evening overall. Pleased be warned do not waste your money and go to better safer restaurants who care about customers. As we were leaving there was about 4 security personnel coming in. I guess it’s a club at 9pm. This place is surviving on youths who are rowdy and drinking. Poor management. Will never go there ever again. You have been warned!

We went last night for a friends birthday & they didn’t even sing for her. My wings were undercooked & our waitress didn’t gaf about us fr. They charged $2.75 for some buffalo sauce which was wild! They’ve fallen off, must be new management or something it was absolutely empty!

Most of the time the service is above reproach, the food is normally excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed… this was not the story tonight. the server was packed in her ability to understand what sweet tea with lemon was. It took 4 times to get lemon. My grand daughter was in able to eat her nachos due to the amount of spices in the cheese. My husband had to fish for his taco salad… it was mostly water. The atmosphere was loud and made our ears hurt. Never again!!!! We will drive an extra 40 minutes to get a decent meal and service.
