Always best subs from subway.
Ambience – all subways has the good seating and lighting , the same here also.
We tried to use the rest room , but maintenance is very bad, could not able to use that.
Service – The associated has good patience and prepare good subs with juicy sauces. We ordered couple of Subs and wraps choice of vegan and chicken
Food and taste – All the subs and wraps are very tasty. Really good food.
Due to rest room maintenance, I given 3 stars, otherwise 5 stars

I’m not even sure what to say about the quality of the chicken.. it was pretty awful.
What stood out the most though is when myself and my kids walked in, the lady seemed incredibly unconvinced to have to get up and when she did she kind of just stood there and stared at me for a minute. It was very awkward. I won’t be coming back.

This location ALWAYS have slow new people (not the problem for this review). But today, never going back. The guy that started taking my order had the worst customer service attitude, giving a negative demeanor like he hated working there, when I was giving my first sub order, which started out bad. Requested footlong white, which he completely cut the sub in half, not a hotdog style cut like their supposed to be cut. I asked for a new sub, because he cut it wrong and he tossed it back with the other subs and grabbed a new bread. The other worker, instead of helping him out teaching him how to cut bread, proceeded to start the next customer behind us when we had 5 subs, after we already waited 15 min+, saying she’s been waiting and we have a big order. If we weren’t a priority, we weren’t going too stay, so we started leaving saying no!! Which then, the guy started disrespecting me because we were leaving. A business that disrespects your customers, is a business I’ll not give my money to, so don’t go to the 23rd subway. Give your money at a different subway location. This isn’t a place to go.

when there’s one specific dude working there it is amazing. Your sandwich is always going to taste good, but whoever else they have hired they need to fire them especially that manager who works during the day most of the time. I’m so sorry but they suck at making sandwiches and it doesn’t matter. If you tell them what to put on it they’re going to put like the smallest amount and if you ask for more, they’re gonna put the amount that you’re supposed to already have.

This one star is for the business, not the food or employees. The gentleman behind the counter tonight (12/25), was phenomenal. He was the only one on duty tonight and it was insanely busy. He was doing his best to power through the barrage of orders he had. I made an online order for pickup at 5:19 and got there at about 5:30. There was a line of about 5 people but door dash orders kept coming in. I think I counted 8 or 9 orders while I was waiting.
By the time I got to the counter, the poor man was just making my order. I left at 6:25.
If you’re going to have your business open on a holiday like Christmas, make sure to staff it appropriately or just close..

I called up there after my wife went there to pick up our order for our family Because she called me saying they didn’t have my order. The lady working told me over the phone it wasn’t her problem not offering any kinda salutations even after telling her this was my kids super and it’s already been paid for and showed her the proof of the order. If you cant handle customer service don’t get a job that requires customer service.
