I appreciate being greeted upon entry, along with the employee that made my order. I wasn’t sure if I saw the turkey club on the menu, but I asked, the young lady confirmed, let me know my bread options and got right to work. Service was swift, staff were genuinely kind and of course the food was delish. This location was very clean, I was pleased to see an employee go directly to the gloves before serving another customer and the employee that made my order removed her gloves before handling cash, proving cleanliness is a priority. Keep doing what you guys are doing!!!!

Took 30 minutes to make my cheesesteak only for me to find a piece of long hair in it. After they remade the sub, and the bread was ice cold. Got to both waste my time and money today! A apology/compensation would have been nice, but instead I only received a awkward stare.

If i could give the service 0 stars i would, the woman working there today on Nov 1st between 12-12:30 making sandwiches . Had the worst costumer service to ever exist. Wouldn’t even smile at her costumers, and kept telling me that my meal had an up charge every 2 mins. when i heard her the first time. Messed up the lady infront of me’s older and almost messed up mine twice and had to keep repeating to her. Should not have been working there in the first place

Really disappointed, I just discovered the “food beauty” of Jersey Mike’s but my sandwich here yesterday was rather pathetic. Hardly any toppings on my sandwich and I had dreamt of this sandwich alll day. I won’t stop going to Jersey Mike’s but I won’t go back to that location; for such an affluent area the store was poor in quality.

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s for a quick lunch pick-up on Sunday, January 19, 2025, around 2:45 pm. I’ve been coming to this location often during the week for lunch, so I was familiar with the usual experience. However, today was different. While the restaurant wasn’t busy and the employees were engaging with each other as they should – good for team building – the cleanliness was an issue. The area behind the counter and the floor was noticeably dirty, and the section where the vegetables are prepared was messy. My sister pointed out that while the staff was chatting, they could have been cleaning up, especially considering how much attention is typically paid to cleanliness when sandwiches are being made. This mess was there before we arrived, and I’ve never seen it like this at this location before. I’ll still return, but not on weekends, and I’ll stick to visiting during the week when the service and cleanliness have generally been better.
