I have had many good experiences here before, but unfortunately today was not one of them. I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lot was empty. While there was practically no wait for my food, the items that I ordered (pretzels and fries) were cold, and the queso was lukewarm at best. I suppose you get what you pay for, however it doesn’t make it any less disappointing. The staff, many of whom are college students, are kind and friendly. If there is an issue with your order, they usually do their best to fix it.

Went here on Friday to get some food, all I wanted was a good burger and they definitely delivered and then some. Mobile ordering was easy and they were so helpful with everything and all the food we had was amazing!!!

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. I got a strawberry shake and onion rings. Onion rings were hot and the shake was cold and thick.

I have to say in the 5 yrs I’ve lived here, the last 2 yrs dq in wayne has slipped. Most of our visits are in the evening. Just in the last 2 months each order has been wrong. We’ve called and have gotten no resolve, ask to speak with a manager and have been told message will be passed along. I have yet to get a phone call even with a follow up call from myself. One night in particular the cashier made comments on how we wanted our order at the drive through, when we got to the window to pay I told her I didn’t appreciate the commentary, she responded by saying “you look like you need to skip the extra cheese cake”. My husband heard her and said “excuse me”, she reopened the windows dropped the change in the car window and slammed the window shut. Our blizzards were handed to us by someone else and shut the windows. The blizzards were pretty much nothing but soft serve ice-cream. I don’t know if it’s the different age groups between day and night shift but the customer service is definitely lacking on the evening shift.

While we were at the Wayne Ne DQ- an older man fell and hit his head. The kindness shown by the staff was top notch – 2 workers sat with him while they waited for EMS. They took him ice for his head – a wet cloth to wipe the blood off his face . So kind .

The staff was very helpful and friendly however the pre-order microphone wasn’t working so I sat and waited for several minutes before just pulling around and ordering at the pickup window. I wish they could adjust their drive through to be more car friendly.

Tonight went to get food from DQ everything went good until I pulled into the drive-thru. The employees were to busy cleaning and making sure they could leave as soon as possible. Never told me how long I had to wait although it was clear they knew I’d be waiting about 20 minutes. Usually have good service there but whoever was working tonight had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Also come to see they forgot some of my order along with getting one of the items wrong.
