The girl that’s in there is rude. Stood there for almost 5min before being acknowledged after she past by me after handing a customer their order. My pizza were burnt tasting and toppings were not correct. I watched pizzas fall out the oven because they had been bumping each other for so long. I called up there 4x… the first time I sat on hold for almost 30min. Called back and she told me to hold I said I’ve already been on hold for almost 30min and she said we are busy n put me on hold for a couple of seconds and then hung it up. I called back 2 other times and they just kept picking up n hanging up.

0 stars. I placed an order over the phone, but when I arrived they didn’t have my order ready. The kid at the counter didn’t know how to ring up my order, and the other guy working there was just ignoring me. I never got my order or any replacement. I eventually got frustrated and left. I order a lot of pizza from you all, so this experience was really disappointing.

Worst place to order from! My order was wrong. When I called to get it corrected the manager on duty just cussed at me and was overly rude. I asked for a refund and he said no. He said he would redo the order. I didn’t want anything from them except my refund at this point. Shortly later I have a knock on my door and the delivery driver threw the pizza at me when I told him I didn’t want it. The driver threatened me. When I spoke to the manager the next day the manager was ok with how his employees acted. What a joke of a business. Stay away from this location.

Just HORRIBLE. We scheduled the order for 9:15 pm. We did not get to leave the store till 10:00pm. We were told there were big orders before ours and that’s why it took so long, but as you look in the back one worker was both vaping (yes vaping in the back where they make the food) and also eating something (not sure what he was chewing on). It’s as if they were playing around in the back instead of making our food. Spent $40.66 for this kind of service sucks. Came back to say when we got home the food was just thrown together. Topping piled on top of others to the points they were falling off. It was so much cheese and the dough didn’t taste done. Just HORRIBLE

I got a really good pizza from here, they made sure to add lots of pepperoni, my favorite!! I’m so happy with my order, love them. I order here for my kids, they are picky and only like specific pizza. This passed their test and they still love it. Nice pizza.

I picked up a takeout order asked the man if my ranch was in the box he said it should be . I took it too the car and checked and there was no ranch. I came back inside to get the ranch and stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. I opened and closed the door twice thinking the first time they didn’t hear me come in. One guy was wearing an airpod walking right past where he could see the front desk and didn’t turn once to check if anyone was there.

Well. There was no option for zero stars. I am a huge Pizza Hut fan and it’s special when I order. So I get delivered the complete wrong pizza. How?? I order. You read and make it. Simple right? Nope. There is a gap somewhere. To bring the entire thing wrong is someone not checking to be sure. It takes 5 seconds I’m so done with this type of service. THIS! THIS is why when I travel I see Pizza Hut buildings empty and closed – they can’t get the basics right. SMH.

Ok im back once again because this same pizza hut here in Biloxi Mississippi next to Fayard gas station on pass rd keep screwing over my food everytime I order from them now this morning I order an large 3 topping stuff crust pizza from my free pizza coupon I received from corporate because they screwed over my pizza and honey bbq wings the last time and now the manager name Jackie And the employee Walter was working this morning and when I picked up my pizza something seemed odd about their behavior but I paid it no mind and when I made it home and opened the box the pizza was very flat and dried with no marinara sauce on it and bubbles in pizza with barely any cheese like come on guys yall joking right? So I called up to the store and Walter answer he quickly tell me to hold on and run to the back where the manager Jackie was and all of a sudden I heard them both laughing away which was odd and Walter never came back to the phone so I hung up and called back then Jackie answered and I told her I was aware of you and Walter killing ya selves laughing because yall sabotaged my pizza on purpose and yall both need firing and Jackie said no one was laughing at you we was laughing because we was trying to figure out how to fix this problem for you like really thats suppose to be funny screwing over people food wow and Jackie a manager with that kind of behavior please someone investigate this pizza because everytime it make me sick like they put nasty things in my food thats horrible! FIRE JACKIE AND WALTER THEY WILL PUT NASTY THINGS IN YOUR FOOD AND MAKE YOU SICK TO THE STOMACH YOU BEEN WARNED!
Bbq boneless wings barely had any barbecue sauce on them i was mainly eating plain chicken and they was very wrong this the second time this happened to me there its like every night when them kids in there working they just mess over people food like thats horrible! And pizza barely had cheese and sauce and toppings on it!!!!

When I looked online for the price of the chicken wings I wanted to order, the price was $8.87, but when I went to the store to pick up my order, the price was $10.69. Why the difference? And when I got home with my order, I realized they didn’t give me any napkins. How can you eat wings without napkins?

Pizza Hut is terrible. The DoorDash person was gone for like two hours and I haven’t got my order and then I had to complain to the manager about it and then they make me another order and they forgot my wings. This Pizza Hut sucks never over here again.
