Oishi Sushi is my go-to in the upper Albany/Guilderland area for sushi. They are quick and their food is such high quality. I LOVE their salmon sashimi and all their rolls with salmon. The yellowfin and white tunas come in second. The fried coconut shrimp are a good app and the other rolls are really creative and tasty. And yes, I love their sushi so much, that I did a mini food photoshoot with it.

This place was AWESOME. Service was super fast and staff was kind. Nice, chill atmosphere. I ate as much as I could, portions were a good size! Macaroons were delightful. Can’t wait to try the bubble tea next time.

The sushiI had was absolutely fantastic, with the perfect balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavors that left me wanting more. It was expertly prepared, and each bite was a delightful experience. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. They took the time to explain the menu in detail, answering all of my questions with patience. Alongside the sushi, I ordered a bubble tea as well, which turned out to be the perfect complement to my meal. I can confidently say it was the best tea and sushi I’ve ever had in the entire Capital Region. And I’ll definitely be returning soon.

I love this place. The sushi and vegetable egg rolls are amazing, and I love the self service kiosk so much. Spicy mayo is excellent, would recommend adding it as a side for dipping.

This place, never fails to disappoint. There’s a lot of tender, loving care that goes into preparing each bubble tea as well as the delicious sushi that has just a very upscale taste. It feels like you’re getting the value of what you’re paying for. I would recommend this place as one critical suggestion for the future offer volcano roles as a complementary addition to whatever sushi meal you do. Most sushi places offer volcano rolls complementary.

The takeout was a bit disappointing. The fish didn’t taste fresh, and the rice in the roll was too mushy. I couldn’t tell the difference between this and Market’s 32 rolls, but these were even smaller with only six pieces. I also tried the poké bowl, but the quality wasn’t great. If you want good sushi and rolls, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

honestly really bad. $28 for less than a serving of fish after ordering 3 different types of extra, barely any customization and extremely small bowl. sushi tasted bland after my meal im not satisfied craving for a real poke bowl or hunger-wise. i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
