I’ve been to the drive through a few times but today was my first time dinning in. I ordered a burger without a bun. The food was fine and what you might expect.
We were a bit confused as we had ordered two ice creams and two were delivered to our table. Then, about a minute later, two more ice creams were brought to our table. Those were the correct ice cream cups. So, did we eat someone else’s ice cream that was delivered to our table? We don’t go to DQ often so we didn’t realize they weren’t what we ordered. They were close enough flavors that we didn’t notice.
The staff was nice and the food was good but just worried us beauce we might have caused drama when we got ice cream that didn’t belong to us.

Absolutely horrible experience. The chicken strips were freezing cold not even room temperature and also burnt. The gravy was brown when it should be white, and it was thick and chunky. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but serving food that is clearly not fresh and appears to have been kept far too long is unacceptable.

We ate at this Dairy Queen. They were so nice. We had a whole bunch of questions like we’re like. Can we get this? Can we get this because we all had to share a meal so they were so caring they had so much patience. They get a five stars and the cutest thing they had was the little mad bad thing from Lilo and stitch they found stuff in the back and they were wearing little Hawaiian stuff. It was so good experience and we ate good.

So, here’s the issue with this place..actually two issues:
1. Cheese Curds – The cheese curd are always perfectly cooked, super soft with a thin breading.
2. Ranch dip – Their ranch is not in prepackaged servings, which seems to indicate it is made on-site. The taste and consistency of the ranch also points to it being made on-site.
All in all, probably the best place for good cheese curds in the Sioux Falls area.

This is so small but it means the world to me and my family I came in had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Happy people doing their job but its sometimes the small details that can really hit perfectly! I ordered a burger for myself, a large fry to share with my children and then I ordered a four-piece chicken with two different sauces and that was going to be our quick lunch. Normally I get the sauces separated and the four-piece in one box…NO big deal but the staff separated the chicken strips two and two with individual sauces for each. And yes again, it’s the small things but this gesture was so wholesome. It made it easy for us to just keep going. They both got what they wanted. There was no fighting. It just set the scenario for a car ride positively. I appreciate this gesture so much. Thank you Harrisburg Dairy Queen and thank you for the beautiful staff. I wish I could thank you individually by name but a Google review is the best public representation I can do to. Thank you all so much

We waited almost 20 minutes for our blizzards. We were the only 4 people in the entire restaurant. No drive thru cars either. 20 minutes for ice cream is ridiculous, especially for spending over $30 on it.

The food itself is good but the dairy product’s quality has been lacking at this location for me. I live 10 minutes away and typically get the food to go. Consistently, (as in every time) by the time I am home, the ranch dressing I get is chunky / curdling and the blizzard is entirely melted. It’s also slow service a lot of the time.

It’s so slow. We’ve gone inside and through drive up each a couple times now and it is never a speedy encounter. I will say we have always gotten what we ordered and only done hot food once, the other times have always been ice cream, so I’ll give them that. Everyone is usually pretty friendly as well so no issues there. I just don’t have time to spend 15-30 minutes in drive up for what we would normally call fast food. I can safely say I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that takes this long every single time.

Slow, we were the only two people in there, took over 20 minutes for a small Sunday and a dilly bar. Would not recommend ordering from the app at this DQ.

Local, close to home, and a weekly must for us! I treat my boys to Blizzards here and the staff is always kind, inclusive and fun!
I literally don’t know anyone there, I should really ask their names, but they truly make you feel like family!
