I’m a truck driver that’s eaten my fair share of Mexican food all over DFW and this place is a diamond hidden in plain sight. Hands down the best birria you’ll ever have. Order the ramen, then head inside for a drink while you wait. It’s the perfect spot for a late nite date, if you’re looking to impress.
I regularly drive in from Azle just to eat here and it’s worth the effort. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Man, what a gem! I have visited twice now, and I am super-impressed! First, the prices and location are top notch! I love being able to dip in for a beer at Oscar’s while my order is prepared! Second, the product is excellent… extra cilantro, onions upon request, 2.50$ tacos!?! and the taste is fresh and flavor: I’m trying burrito next time. Mostly, as always, my %1 concern is vibe/service and the very nice people who operate this Truck are welcoming, friendly, and striving to make Customers happy! I really appreciate their explanation of menu options AND the awesome feature of having your order delivered to the Bar!!! Awesome!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting food from here a few times prior to yesterday (09/03) but I ordered my son a burrito and I ordered 4 tacos and a side of rice. When I got home I checked my order and I was missing my side of rice. I called and spoke to Isabell and informed her I was missing my side of rice. She was so sweet and understanding she compensated me with not only my side of rice but 3 tacos of my choice. When I arrived to pick up my food it was fresh to order! The staff went over and beyond to accommodate me this will be my forever my taco truck HOME!

This place has amazing tacos! We love the birria tacos, carnita, chorizo, and pastor tacos. Their sauces are delicious too. Cant wait to come back.

Los tacos son autenticos y saben muy bien. Sin embargo creo que deberian poner en Google que la taqueria es una food truck.
Yo conduje como 2 veces alrededor del area pensando que era un restaurante y no los es xD.

The tacos are authentic and taste way too good for my liking 🙂 . However, as stated in my Spanish paragraph, I think it is better for them to modify their Google business page and let people know that it is a food truck. I drove past it trying to look for a restaurant place until I noticed said food truck lol.
Out of that, everything was good and I will recommend it to everyone looking to experience authentic Mexican tacos.
NOTE: the tacos from the picture are all “tacos de trompo/ pork tacos”

Friendly service, reasonably priced and freshly made. Visited during my lunch hour and was very satisfied. Food didn’t take too long to come out which is usually an issue when looking for lunch places. I got the quesa birria tacos with consome, asada and pastor tacos. All were delicious 10/10 recommend

This was my second weekend coming out here from Mesquite as I have been wanting to try Birrieria Y Taqueria Los Patrones for a long time, which unfortunately they were again nowhere to be found. I’ve searched by walking and driving up & down, looking around very thoroughly in the Ridglea Shopping Center while looking at the given location on Google Maps – y nada but feeling deceived.
Until I found another taqueria trailer around the corner; La Escondida Taqueria! They were super nice and pretty much have the same menu. Birria tacos have been my favorite go-to menu item for the past three years, and these served here may fall apart, but doesn’t stop it from tasting so good! A big Thank You to La Escondida for making my trip worth coming here!
