My first time at this location of Costa Vida. They had a “quesadilla special” that we ordered. Only to find out at payment that instead of $8.69, it was over $11. I would have ordered something completely different for that price. The chicken quesadilla was mid at best. Dry. Oh, and you have to pay extra for the dressing. I will say the rice was good. Not $4 extra good but good non the less. I should have ordered the salad. I’ll give them one more chance before writing them off. At least there was outdoor seating on a beautiful day.

Substandard food quality today at Heber’s Costa Vida. I’m sure they were just having a bad day. It is usually pretty good. The beans looked more like no bake cookies. Stuck a fork in it and most came out of my container in one piece.

I absolutely love this Costa Vida! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like it every time. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the atmosphere is genuinely friendly. Andrew, the manager, is the best — he goes above and beyond and makes everyone feel welcome. I’ve seen the staff greet people by name, and it’s especially heartwarming watching how they interact with high school students who come in for lunch. You can tell they truly care about their customers. This is easily the best Costa Vida around!

This is now the second time that this Costs has been rude and ignorant towards a deaf person. My partner went to order 2 of the burritos that were on the deal through the app for $6.99. We were going to do them GLUTEN FRIENDLY (GF) and he was treated incredibly rude! One was suppose to have been sweet pork and he was going to order the other as chicken. He was only allowed one item. This is literally BS and discrimination towards deaf!!!! I’m extremely upset and disappointed with this location. This was a second chance AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! My partner told me there was fighting and swearing. How the hell is this the Sweet Pork Burrito GLUTEN FRIENDLY!!!

If you are going to eat here, make sure you don’t go through the drive-thru. This is the fifth or sixth time trying the drive-through and every time my order is messed up. Today I ordered two kids meals, a tortilla soup and 8 ounces of shredded chicken. When I receive my order, I got home and found out they completely missed the chicken that they had charged me for. Other times they completely missed items on my order. Twice they did not put in the tortillas that come with the kids meals. Two other times when we’ve ordered the tortilla soup they completely left out the chicken or the tortilla chips or both. If you want to get what you pay for, I would avoid the drive thru at all costs.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and VERY helpful. I created a special salad and the gal did an excellent job. Then the young lady who checked me out was VERY patient helping me log in on the app to take advantage of a birthday coupon. I’m eager to go back! By the way, the food was great! And at a great price!

My hubby and I love costa vida and we are here on our honeymoon. Being a manager myself I’m pretty observant on spaces and feedback. The food was delicious, the line took a little longer than it should’ve. The girl working was picking up the slack of the others. There were many times when there were customers at the counter waiting for assistance. There were two workers who were chit chatting by the drive through window not paying attention to those at the counter or waiting for the lettuce and pico.

Last chance Costa Vida. Your food and service has steadily declined as your prices keep rising. Portions are half or more of what they used to be. Your teens at the drive thru don’t seem to care. Steady customer here but I just don’t think I will be back.
