Have not tried Shake Shack and decided today was the day. Ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, 2 bacon cheese fries and 2 drinks. Came to over $50 for 2 people.
There were 3 kiosks and what seemed to be 1 person taking actual orders. There was a substantial line before and after ordering. No one seemed to help the line go down.
The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful. The breading was crispy and perfect to bite into.
The burger was cooked to perfection and the buns on both sandwiches were slightly sweet and complimented the savory flavor of both.
A little pricey for 2 people.

We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty crowded, but our order was taken after a short wait, and we received our food quickly. I had the Shroom burger with the Cherry Blossom shake. My friend had the Shack burger with a cookies and cream shake. We both had the Parmesan fries with truffle sauce. Everything was delicious, I really liked the truffle sauce, it had a rich flavor with a hint of garlic. My shake was perfect. It was a beautiful sunny day, we sat outside on the patio

The food was well-prepared and tasted great. Everything came out fresh and quickly.
The only downside was the price of the boxed apple juice, almost $5 for a small box. Felt a bit over the top as far as markup.
Overall, great experience and quality food. Would recommend, just be aware of the premium pricing on some items.

Ordered takeout because this place was packed ♀️ . I got a Double Shack Burger and cheese fries. The staff were awesome, super friendly, patient, and helpful even though it was busy . They made the experience feel really welcoming.
As for the food… it was okay. Not the best burger I’ve ever had, but not the worst either ♀️. The bun was soft and fresh, and everything was put together well, but the patty itself didn’t have much flavor. I was kind of expecting a juicier, more satisfying bite considering the hype around Shake Shack . It was fine, just not wow.
The cheese fries were decent crispy, cheesy, and warm. Nothing wrong with them, just not what I expected .
All in all, it was an average meal. The service was great (seriously, kudos to the team ), but the food didn’t quite live up to the hype. I’d maybe come back and try something else when it’s not as crowded.

Mobile ordered our food and it was ready within 10 minutes. The chicken bites were fresh, got, and crispy. The fries were the perfect crispness and not overly salted. We opted to have our burger and chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped. The lettuce was nice and fresh and both tasted fantastic. Would definitely be back again!

Was very disappointed. Burger was decent, it’s supposed to be a smash burger, but FAR from that. Got chicken bites that were disgusting. They were just frozen chicken bites. Los Angeles batters all chicken fresh. This location is disrespectful to others. DOES NOT taste like a genuine Shake Shack!!!!!!!

Tried this place once everything was perfect was really looking forward to trying something different this time. My husband ordered an onion soup burger he absolutely loved it when they made it a triple genuinely appreciated the upgrade when it was only a double on the ticket. However my avocado bacon burger wasn’t cooked all the way through was still obviously pink on the inside and left my stomach upset, on top of that my coffe shake got mixed up somehow eneded up with an oreo shake. Definitely have mixed feelings about the experience, I understand that this order was on a busy friday but the staff should try to stay more constitent with each order just a warning to anyone looking to try Shake Shack.

The food we ordered was exactly like the ones ordered at other branches. This location is quite small, with very limited indoor seating. There are more tables out back near the food court and play area. One thing I know i won’t repeat is to order their yuzu honey lemonade. It tasted quite artificial. I felt like I was drinking one of those Japanese car air fresheners!
