Edit: May Marisol RIP. I hope the community continues to provide love and support for this wonderful haven in Berlin. And may we not forget the women that are lost to domestic violence, or that suffer in silence while they serve us our meals.
La Casita is our favorite restaurant! Having come from TX, CA and NM, my standards are pretty high for Mexican food, and it took me a few visits to get accommodated to this style, but I’ve come to love it.
The food is always excellent and I’ve had amazing service as well, so don’t let one bad trip deter you from enjoying the best Mexican food available in our area if you happen to experience a one-off.

Absolutely fantastic food, service, and ambiance!
Our waitress, Marisol (sp?) is wonderful! Very attentive with our needs.
The food was delightful.

Nice place for Mexican food. The service was very quick and friendly, the menu had a lot of good options. The food was delicious and the margaritas were good.

Al pastor tacos were out of this world. Definitely the best taco I’ve had north of North Carolina and certainly the best pork taco I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot of tacos. The house made sauce is really great too and the onions/cilantro were diced perfectly. Love the corn tortillas. Charro beans were great, really great, but I was too full to finish them! Great job y’all! Next year when I’m back for training I’ll stop by again!

Today, we finally tried a dessert. The fried ice cream was huge and delicious! We can’t wait to try the other options, mostly the fried cheesecake. I continue to be happy with everything I get. This is one of the few places that I have more than one go-to meal.
I’ve been here multiple times and tried multiple items. Haven’t been disappointed yet! Always leave full, usually with leftovers! It’s definitely worth a try! There are so many options to choose from.

This place is more than just a restaurant. It is an EXPERIENCE! The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating! The food, 5 stars all the way!! Make sure you get a tower of margaritas! Sooooo good!!!

Great restaurant. We were actually surprised that it wasn’t too crowded because it always is when we drive by.

Arrived around 6pm for dinner service, having heard great things.
Firstly, the menu was so large and reflected within the quality of mine and my partners meal. My steak burrito was fairly not the best and I mostly ate the table chips that was served at our arrival. I had to cut my wrap due to my sauces being on the bottom and top making the tortilla itself considerably soggy. My lettuce was under the wrap and on the hot plate which ultimately only made it warm and wet, rather than be a crunchy and earthy addition to my meal. The steak was rubbery and the entire wrap was tasteless.
Other than food, our customer service was fantastic. Our flight of margaritas were stellar and very well balanced. The blueberry mint margarita being a memorable drink.
Needless to say I think I’ll enjoy this place an an appetizer and drinks spot over a dinner place, if I even return.

We ended up here around 6:30pm during The Great 4/8/24 Eclipse Traffic Jam™ that plagued Errol to Gorham and everywhere in between. The restaurant staff was BUSTING THEIR BUTTS to make sure everyone was seated and turning over tables. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this restaurant and staff for their flexibility to adapt. The free chips and salsa were a GODSEND to our traffic delirious mind and the chipotle burrito and “burrito dal Casita” were a remedy from Xilonen herself. I probably won’t return to this restaurant as I was on a solar eclipse vacation but I’ll never forget their controlled chaos and stuck to their principal of “mi casita es tu casita.”
