Customer service was not great. Was just there and ordered a quart and a sundae to go, when I got home, I found that the order of the sundae was wrong. Disheartening and disappointed to not get my favorite flavor.

We visited this location for the first time this week. We normally go to the Canton location. The dairy free dippy twister is the only ice cream we’ve found that my allergy kid can have! We are so thankful to have somewhere that the whole family can enjoy.
We loved the option to sit inside. I love that the walls are decorated and personalized for the location. The service was great and the ice cream was amazing (as it always is). As a mom I also appreciated that there are restrooms available. We 100% recommend almost heaven to family and friends and will be looking for an opportunity to visit this location again.

Me and my family had a great experience. Cute little shop, open and clean, friendly service. They have different sized scoops for kids and adults, and the ice cream was delicious. As soon as we walked in, we knew we’re going to have good waffle cones from the delightful smell. Definitely look forward to going again.
