I worked in the same office park as Patagonia Bistro and we often ordered breakfast and lunch from this place. This place was perfect for what I needed, inexpensive (breakfast before work under $10 bucks) but delicious hot food. Nothing crazy, eggs sandos, breakfast burritos, some entrees, etc. but they’re done really well! Breakfast burrito was a favorite – as well as the pastelitos and croquettes.

When I worked in this building, I ate lunch here almost every day. Not because it was convenient, there were many great restursnts nearby, but Patagonia has so much superb food. Their Pan con Bistec (steak sandwich) is the best I’ve ever had, the Masitas de puerco fritas (fried pork chunks) are so addictive, and even a simple cob salad is anything but ordinary here. Carolina and Diego are incredibly nice, and they always remember me, and what I like. Im sad I no longer live in miramar, because if I did, I would still eat there often.

If I could give this place no start I would. I ordered my breakfast at 8:03 am and it is now 8:43 am and I am just getting my food, correctly at that. I ordered a side of French toast with my meal and the young lady at the register gave me a piece of warm bread, like a sandwich bread type of thing. I advised her that that is not what I asked for and she told me that it will be made within ten minutes. She told me that at 9:20 am. Also I asked for scrambled eggs and she gave me fried over easy eggs, which I didn’t make too much of a fuss about. It’s now almost 9 am and I just got my French toast that was supposed to take 20 minutes or less. When I went to ask her what’s going on she told me that the French toast was being made else where and being sent over here. I waited almost an hour for simple eggs and French toast. Be mindful I was the only one in here, so it’s not like they had a ton of orders, I had the first order. Not even showing a bit of sympathy for messing up more than twice, is crazy as hell to me. Then to have me explain myself over and over again and throw down my plate is rude. Yeah never again.

Before my friend found a bug in her food. I waited 25 minutes for a breakfast order which came with a long brown hair in it. I immediately asked for a refund but the owner refused and offered to deliver another order to me which i never received. After several visits , she never attempted to make it right. I never received food or a refund. But I didn’t think $7 was worth getting upset about. A few months later I placed an order for about $7, paid with my credit card and left (my card was not declined and as far as I know the payment went thru). Weeks later the owner tells me that my payment failed to go thru due to the fact that the PATAGONIA system malfunctioned during the payment process (Owner’s words not mine). I told her I was unaware of it and I would have to check . Now she is using words like theft and making accusations as if I attempted to steal something. She called me a liar and refused to speak to me about the situation. So I paid the debt today because I don’t want trouble, but its not fair. She should have at least apologized for the hair in my food, her system failure and the inconvenience of hassling me in front of other customers as if I stole something from her. So the food is almost edible and customer service is beyond disgusting! Oh and did I mention I found hair in my food? Oh and the lady with the white streaks in her hair likes to occasionally pick her nose behind the counter when making cuban toast. Don’t eat when she is there!

I eat here almost every day. The staff is very friendly, the food is tasty and not pricey. On top of that, if you work on the building it is greatly convenient. Highly recommend it.

This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! INCLUDING THE OWNER! She is racist. She doesn’t care about you as a customer at all. You only get decent service if you speak Spanish. There response to a concern or just a question is “people come and people go, you win some and lose some, people leave all the time”. They do not value that you’re patronizing their business! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, USE OTHER OPTIONS! I will never go there again! Oh, and they make up prices daily. One day price is one thing, go back next day, it’s something different (that’s why everything is not on the menu). If I could leave less than 1star, I would. Words cannot describe this place.

I went in this place for the very first time and just needed a fork the staff was very rude and wanted to charge me for it. I have never heard such ridiculousness and will never eat in this establishment. If you are that hard up for money maybe you should move to a busier location??? Just a thought….

Horrible place to order breakfast, i have ordered from this placed 2time both time it been horrible….. won’t recommend this place… also rude people after i paid my food and my food was never delivered, i called to see what was going on and got hung up in my face, very unprofessional!!!!!!

Food Is good. However the phone lines are always busy to place an order. They should allow you to place an order on line for pickup or get a second phone line.
