This place was great! We got half a grilled chicken with rice & beans and 6 pieces of fried chicken with plantains for $33 total. Everything was really delicious. I would happily order from them again.

Everything here is done on island time. Why does it take sooooo long to put premade things into a container??
If something is being cooked just put the customer forward and start serving next one!

Always a problem at this locations, after 10 minutes of waiting in line, I was told they were out of white rice and beans what is frustrating but I can understand. I asked for whole chicken with plantain and I was told that I need to wait 20 more minutes for the chicken. Just walked out at this point. I love the food here but is no sense of organizing at all, from different previous occasions.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Didn’t receive one item, they delivered the wrong drink, the wrong appetizer, and the chicken was cold, dry and salty. I ordered the 4 piece meal and received 1 drumstick, 3 wings. I travel for a living and use UE a few times a month. This is the worst meal I have received ever, anywhere.

Food was amazing. Had to wait a half hour for our grilled chicken. It would have been nice to know when we ordered we had to wait instead of checking all the time. One customer who waited longer than us took his money and walked out.

Don’t bother with KFC or Popeyes! This place has amazing fried chicken and the fries are perfect. Staff are really nice. So glad we decided to try it.

This is my third time there. The other two times were not bad. However this time the chicken was too dry. My rating is actually 2.5, but there’s no choice for decimals here. The flavor was ok, but not the temp of the chicken…and that was the whole reason of my visit. I do understand that during the pandemic it may be difficult to keep food moist if you have no clients, but there was a line when I got there. If the service was better, this would be a 3 star review but their staff are not that friendly (that hasn’t changed in my opinion). I never understand that. I was in the food industry for close to 10 years, and always understood that my clients were rhe ones who paid my salary. Now if the client is rude, demanding, or demeaning, that’s different. But my friends and I were nothing but friendly. It doesn’t help that when you ask for the special sauce for the chicken, they give one tiny container for a whole chicken
