Not a bad place, hamburgers and smash fries were tasty. Shakes (peanut butter and chocolate malt) were delicious. However for the price I expected a bigger burger. For 2 burgers, one large fry, and 2 shakes total came to over $29! You get much larger hamburgers (and a wider variety) at Angus Burgers and Shakes for about the same price.

We have always loved Smashburger and have been coming here for years. 2 years ago I would have given this particular store 5 stars. Lately though it has been 3, maybe 4 stars at best. Last night all of the fries were cold… Not just lukewarm, but literally cold as if they had been sitting out for an hour. Also receiving our food lately has taken a very long time. I am by nature a very patient person and give a lot of grace in this area… But it is to the point where even I was wonder in what was going on. The burgers were good, but after considering we spent over $30 for a few cheeseburgers and cold fries, it slid into the 3 star category.

Food was good, but what really impressed us was the service. For whatever reason, they were understaffed when we visited. The kitchen kept food coming in a timely manner, while the gal up front took orders, delivered food, and bussed tables while maintaining a pleasant attitude. She acknowledged the stress for the staff in a way to let customers know she was aware of the wait, but maintained the professionalism of neither blaming nor complaining. We would absolutely come back.

Usually, the hamburgers are fresh and tasty & the French fries are wonderful, especially the sweet potato fries….usually, but not always. Kirsten (cashier) is friendly, efficient and works hard and quickly. What a great employee. Unfortunately, we didn’t get what we ordered and as you can see in the photo, the order of fries was really skimpy.

Hamburgers are always good, but I really enjoy the brussel sprouts! Glad to see you have other side options besides just french fries. Service was fast and customer service was great. The kids always enjoy the shakes.The shakes are pretty big, so you might be able to share it with them. I enjoyed the double bacon cheeseburger with no bun.

The food was just too over-seasoned. The workers could have been a little more formal. Using a customer’s first name for order when I had given my full family name. This company could use a touch more professionalism and a little less white trash. I have heard nothing but good things about this place even read the online reviews. This was a disappointment. Had I known what I was buying I would have just went to McDonald’s at least there I expect to be disappointed. Overpriced, over-seasoned, and just plain over hyped.

Good burgers. Fries are a little on the thin side but good, and you can get a real “malt” with malt powder instead of a “shake” if you like them better. They also have sweet potato fries which are good. A little pricier than some other burger places, but not excessively so. All in all a good experience.

Four of us are for about $50, which considering the size of the burger and amount of fries seemed a bit of a ripoff. I mean, they were good, but not $50 good. The wait staff was nice enough, but the table was dirty and the whole restaurant could use a good, deep clean. Anyway, it was good but probably won’t be back anytime soon.

This is a place that, despite being a chain restaurant, and still serve up a pretty mean burger. Got some tasty shakes to have with your delicious burg and to go with it some good French fries, though to be fair the changed them a little bit back and the fries aren’t quiet as good as they used to be. Still good though.
