Our fam loves 7brew!! It’s amazing to have sooo many options that are sugar free. Truly one of a kind and super inclusive for people who are avoiding sugar!
The 7brew team at Sheffield is absolutely amazing! They always greet you with kindness and a smile even when it’s pouring rain or bitter cold outside. The team work is evident. They communicate with one another and this is the ONLY place I can safely take my son for coffee who is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. They take precaution and care and that means more than you could imagine!
The crew is personable and efficient. If a mistake is made which sometimes happens they are more than willing to make it right and have re-made my drink with no issues. These people are humans — not robots. It cost nothing to simply be kind.
To the bad reviews get over yourself.
If lines are long be patient. The place is popular and lines are always long. Plan ahead and deal with it! Every time I come I see the team working together and going as fast as they can. If a mistake is made just be an adult and communicate it to a team member. People need to remember that the world doesn’t revolve around them and people who work in the service industry are NOT your servants. Period!
And don’t forget to tip them!

We stopped here for the first time and were greeted by a very friendly young lady that took our order before we even reaching the building.
I ordered a small dark roast and the wife ordered a medium hot blondie.

I ordered a pecan pie hot coffee, a Santa’s cookie hot coffee, and a candy cane hot coffee. Instead, I was given three plain black coffees with no syrups or cream. The employee was told three separate times what was supposed to go into each drink, yet the order was still made incorrectly.

I love this place and want to do 5 stars but angry to I can’t and I’m here daily almost, but today I was really unhappy not just because I got my drink that I always get and paid for two extra shots when they handed me my drink and I instantly knew it was wrong based off the color (white) I get a sweet and salty and it’s always brown but because I asked them to redo it and they took it in and then brought it back out and tried to tell me it was right it’s just lighter because it’s large (I get the same thing all the time) and since the line was so long I didn’t want to hold up everyone else behind me since clearly my opinion isn’t right. I paid 16 dollars for two drinks and I just feel that they could have at-least listened to me but I took my cup of milk and left.

When I go to 7brew I’m never disappointed!! Savannah D is always full of happiness and smiles and starts my mornings off with nothing but good vibes!! She is quick and my iced coffees or iced matcha is always on point and exactly how I want it 🙂 there’s another barista who is also an amazing working ! Victoria J ! She always has a smile on her face and her vibe is amazing ! If I get either one of them my mornings always start off AMAZING !! Those two are all about making sure the customers leave happy 🙂 their work ethics are top tier !! Always puts a smile on my face when I get my drinks made or my order taken by either one of those amazing women !

Good vibes always. The staff is always super friendly. If I have questions or want suggestions they’re always happy to help. Coffee comes out great everytime. My go to is an iced blondie with oatmilk amaretto, white chocolate and cherry. Sooooo good and so much cheaper than others. My fave coffee place!

I visited 7 Brews the other morning and had the pleasure of meeting Calista! She greeted me with a warm smile and was so friendly while taking my order. The service was quick, and the drink was amazing! They even wrote a sweet message on the lid of my cup. It’s clear they truly embrace their motto of cultivating kindness. Definitely recommend checking them out—it’s totally worth it!

The drive through usually goes pretty quickly (most of time). I like the sugar free options and the price is pretty good. I also always bring my dog bc he loves the pup cups here and it’s become part of our routine and the workers are very friendly
