My first time here. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was kinda empty so wasn’t sure what to expect. The decor was fun and went well with the point pleasant area. The girl at the counter was delightful and very cheery and happy. Great service as well. I got the Black Bean Burger and it was really really good. I love the roll, the sauce and the bean burger! I will return to try a regular burger!

This was the best place I ever had a burger. It was me my wife and my son and girlfriend. The Philly burger is a must. Onion rings are amazing. Everything is made fresh meat is from a local butcher. So you know it’s not frozen. I love this place. Here is the bam bam burger with cheese fries.

Came here on a Monday after a track meet in the area. We were the only dine in customers. The place has a cool vibe. Love the indoor/outdoor dining. The person who took our order didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, she had no greeting. My husband and I had the classic Bam Bam cheeseburger. It had a sauce similar to thousand island dressing on it which I liked. However, the burger was not quite cooked to our liking. The bread and the meat tasted a little off, not as fresh. We got the cheese fries and onion rings to share. I enjoyed the onion rings and sauce. Our daughter had the chicken nuggets and cajun fries. The chicken nuggets were a little over breaded for her taste but the meat was good quality. My husband was hoping that the root-beer was served in a frosted mug but it was a bottled A&W root-beer. Update: Regarding the Frosted Mugs (one of your reviewers shared that you offer frosted mugs so this is what we were referring to) Overall the food was ok. We spent about $60. Would I go out of my way to come back? Eh.

Great fun place with excellent fresh food! The classic Bam Bam Burger is sooo delicious, pressed fresh each day. The chicken bites are cut and breaded daily and are so tasty with many sauces to choose from! Fries are hand cut and seasoned perfectly. Everything is delicious! Any burger can come on a bed of lettuce if you don’t want the bun. But the bun is so so good!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It is not worthy of even half a star. This restaurant came highly recommended to us, as being an awesome restaurant with great food and great staff. I also wish I didn’t have to write a negative review, but unfortunately it is very warranted. So to start out, we waited for 10 minutes for anyone to even come take our order at the counter. We could see employees in the back, but no one noticed we were standing there. Meanwhile a line was starting to add up behind us. I looked around and saw about 8 people in the restaurant eating. Only one person was waiting for food, and the rest of the customers were about to leave. The remaining tables were dirty and just had half eaten food on them. Finally an older blonde lady came up and took our order, she seemed very agitated, and any question we asked seemed like she was being bothered to answer. She then starts looking at our small child, who is touching the menu. He had bent up the corner of the menu to look underneath. The blonde lady, then reprimanded my child and reached out and snatched the menu from his hand almost hitting him. In which I looked at her in shock, I then told my son not to touch the menu again. And you can clearly see she’s not happy at all at this point. And neither was I at the point, if the food had not been paid for I would’ve have left. There is always a way to talk to small children with a kind of language they can understand. So we sat down to wait for the food, we had to find a area that was clean. Which has hard to find because the place was filthy. We finally get our order, we then begin to walk towards the door, she stares at us mean. Which is uncalled for considering, she is the one in the wrong. We get back home, and start giving everyone food. We open up my child’s food, and the employee literally sabotages my child’s order, to the point that it’s inedible. Someone at that restaurant squirted ketchup, all over the bun the whole inside of the burger it was literally dripping and oozing all over the table. I’m only writing this review to show the petty behavior or a grown adult over a 6 year old child touching a menu. What’s sad is we ordered $75.00 of food, everyone loved the food accept for our child who I had to go out and buy new food for. I also forgot to add my child cried and asked what he did to make that lady so angry. I told him sometimes people have bad days, and todays was the blonde lady bad day. And now for Bam Bam Burgers, I hope you can understand why I wrote a negative review. Good Day!

I’m currently in NJ working at JSUMC and have been visiting all the little eateries and this place is amazing. Perfect on every level! Oh, and they have a water bowl for dogs outside as well and I’m a dog lover so this made it even better!

Came here while in the area, I can’t have gluten and am vegetarian. Was able to get a black bean burger on a gluten free bun. It was fantastic! We also fries and they were incredible. I got the mango iced tea and it was so delicious. A lovely women who I believe is the owner came and chatted with us and was so friendly and nice. Staff were all wonderful as well.

We started with The Bam Bam chicken bites. Which were all white meat piece of chicken. Not processed but fresh chicken. We also tried the cheese fries and mac & cheese bites. Both proved to be great sides.
For the main I ordered The Bam Bam Burger & my friend had The Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Again both fresh chicken & beef used. The staff explained that they source their meats thru a local butcher. Their dishes reflect that flavor for sure.
In the current economic climate & prices on the higher side I try to opt for restaurants that will give me my moneys worth. That is what we got at Bam Bam Burger Co. Both my friend & myself left with “to-go” containers because the portions were large. So we essentially got 2 meals out of our experience. Score in my book!
I highly recommend trying BamBam burger out, especially their Bam Bam Chicken Bites in the Hot Honey Glaze.
*Almost forgot… The Fruity Pebbles Shake literally reminded me of my childhood breakfasts. Sooooo good!

Food is good, but way way overpriced. In no world should a burger and a shake cost $29 (it was 19 for the burger alone).
There are many other local burger places that do the same thing at a much cheaper price point.
