Ordered 3 subs with modifications and every single one was made wrong. This one is supposed to be turkey and cheese, with relish, peppers, pickles. Instead I get a single piece of turkey on white bread. Tasted like nothing. $36.

John, Sophia and Enzo, were so kind, compassionate and friendly making my sub when I came in late. I apologized and they made me feel as if I was welcomed hours earlier. Truly, five stars for the staff!!!! This is why I continue to choose jersey Mike’s. All three of them need a kind hug and a huge raise. It’s not only the subs, but it’s also the staff!

This is not a review about the food, although I’m sure it’s good. I noticed a gentleman cleaning the windows at the Hall Rd location. I approached and asked how much his services were. Unbeknownst to me, he was the owed. I explained I was asking because I wanted to clean the back windows on the commercial vehicle I was driving. He explained he wasn’t a company but the owner of the store and he would not mind cleaning my windows as well. Thank you for you acts or service and kindness. I so appreciated this. To see the power outside taking pride in his establishment was awesome. Also to help someone else was even more. Thank you so much. I hope to patronize this location soon.

Quite possibly the WORST jimmy John’s sub I have ever had .. I order the new hot Italian for pickup thinking it’s going to be just as good as the normal sub I get , mind you I’m ordering a large so I’m paying $20 for this sub . I open my bag unwrap the sub take a bit to realize : the bread has to be at least a day + old and not even the correct kind of bread I ordered , there was barely any meat at all about the same as my wife’s typical mini sub she orders , about 75% of the sub was mayo in the first place , there was barely any cheese . Almost no hot peppers on the sub that explicitly features them and a sub that’s supposed to be served warm was just cold at best . I actually can’t believe I paid $20 for this , absolutely pitiful . Jersey mikes , you’ve lost my business . To anyone else if you want to eat old bread and mayo with just some scraps of meat and cheese choose these guys .. me I’m gonna go to a different Jersey mikes down the road .

Jersey Mike’s Subs is always a great place to stop for a tasty lunch or grab a quick dinner. I like to stop inside. The employees are quick, efficient, and helpful. We were able to get several sandwiches and head out on our way. Always appreciate this location and the friendly service! You make lunch great.

this location used to be so good. idk what happened to this place. its dirty, they don’t even wipe the board of the previous sandwich they made. the workers are full of attitude sighing and rolling their eyes lol. this place has become a huge joke it has to be new owners that took over. Nonetheless you will never see me at jersey mikes again.

The subs are good but I had to use the restroom, and it was absolutely VILE. They need a real cleaner to come in and clean the tiles and the workers need to maintain it. It was absolutely in unacceptable condition

I provide boxed lunches for a local group at least once a quarter. This location is my absolute GO-TO. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, prompt, and they truly go above and beyond each time I order to insure that I have a seamless experience. It is clear that staff at the 20813 Hall Road location take pride in their work. The sandwiches are all made with care, as if each one was a single order and not part of a large bulk order. I made the mistake of ordering from another location. The difference was striking. I have and will continue to drive out of my way to order from the 20813 Hall Road location.

Had to wait for the manager to finish sweeping the floor before he started my order. He only had one glove on when he grabbed my bread and I hope he used the hand with the glove on. He sliced the cheese and moved a dirty towel and put my cheese there . I wasn’t impressed with their sub. Would I return…….. NOT
