Inflation-buster special??? Ordered two donuts, each $1.79 (and the one on the right clearly marked as such) and a coffee. Was asked three times to repeat the order. Was OVERCHARGED for one of the donuts. After getting back in line and waiting, I bring the matter to the attention of one of the employees. He offers to give a donut in addition to the price difference. He provides the donut, then threw the price difference into one of the tip MUGS for the workers. Clearly the employees here have no concerns at all that inflation is hurting working people within their immediate communities, people who may want to splurge a small bit on a crappy meal, and so are deciding to take matters (and extra money) into their own hands. My advice when you go here, as I know from reading this review many of you probably will: Get a receipt and make sure you’re not being ripped off. The folks here got me good today. Lesson learned. I won’t provide them a repeat opportunity 🙂

Today, I will be exploring a breakfast chain that everybody and anybody is familiar with.
It’s time to make the doughnuts as I get to work and explore this chain breakfast restaurant.
Out of all the menu items, the $6 Meal Deal caught my eye in a heartbeat.
This combo includes a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a medium coffee.
Bacon Egg & Cheese:
On a positive note, there was no upcharge if you substituted a croissant in place of a bagel. Check out the layers of bacon, egg, and cheese. The croissant was definitely the best part of the sandwich. The temperature was lukewarm and I had re-heat it in the oven.
In addition, the sandwich was on the greasy side.
Hashbrowns:
The hashbrown was perfectly seasoned, but they were too chewy for my taste. I prefer hashbrowns to be thinner and crispy.
Medium Coffee:
And you can never go wrong with a cup of morning joe.
Financially, this was an excellent deal. I highly recommend if you are on the run and need a quick breakfast. However, I feel the temperature of the food could have been warmer.

You need to change your hours of operation. If you stop making orders and throw out the donuts at 9:30pm, you close at 9:30. Went to grab something real quick but wasted my time. I’m glad I didn’t put in a mobile order because I would have been SOL.

Ordered ice latte and came out with 95% only milk.. I told them it’s too much milk. Lady took the latte and gave me back with lots of suger. I don’t see any any customer service here. People look frustrated. Not even hello, hi, or what can I get it for you today? They need lots of training lol.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely HORRIBLE. The service is very slow, unorganized, and they do not follow drink orders. I ordered an iced coffee, paid for it and stepped out to get my phone and came back in. The woman after me was given her coffee and I had to remind the man to make my drink. It’s pure insanity there. THE REVIEW UNDER MINE IS FAKE AND YOU CAN TELL. THEY TOOK PICTURES BEHIND THE COUNTER. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD and DONT bother contacting Dunkin corporate. They genuinely do not care because their business is a franchise we several location owners.

I never use to write reviews. Like Never and then I realized if you keep dismissing bad customer service they are going to think it’s okay to keep doing it to others. I wish there was a Starbucks nearby but I’m stuck with this. I ordered food, called to cancel the order, they placed me on hold for 8 mins and proceeded to hung up on me. There is no place on the App to cancel an order or I would have rather dealt with the App. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this place. They have given me the wrong order before, given me two of the same order when all I ordered was one item, and then charged me for both and now the bad customer service hanging up the phone. Another thing is don’t order for curbside pick up. You might as well cancel your plans for the day before they drop of your order. Your order will be cold when it gets to you. Hopefully the customer service culture here changes because it’s abysmal.
