DaVinci’s Pizza in McDonough is officially on my repeat list. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and the food speaks for itself. I ordered the pepperoni and sausage stromboli and it was loaded, fresh, and cooked perfectly. But the real star? That marinara sauce. Rich, flavorful, and the perfect dip for every bite. You can tell they care about quality here. We’ll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a large glad to meat you with light sauce for $35 and the first pizza was burnt so I kindly asked them to make me another pizza. Which it wouldn’t have been burnt if they would’ve taken it out as soon as I got there. The cashier had me waiting a good 10 mins saying the pizza wasn’t ready yet but if she would’ve actually checked on it when I came in instead of flirting with the man sitting down at the bar maybe my pizza would’ve have been burnt. This is the second pizza not only is it under cooked there’s so much sauce on this pizza. This is the closest New York style pizza place near me and I only eat it every so often because it’s so expensive so for them to burn my pizza then to undercook the second one is a huge slap in the face. They need to work on their customer service as well because the cashier that’s always in there seems to only be nice or friendly to certain people. Since my first visit the food and service has gone down and down. You would think after I got a burnt pizza they would’ve offered me a complimentary drink or something for me having to wait an additional 15-20 mins for my new pizza but no I just sat their and the pizza maker gave the driest apology as if it was my fault the pizza was burnt and he had to remake it. The cashier just avoided me the entire time and didn’t apologize or anything again customer service should’ve been a lot better and I should’ve just checked the pizza again before I left and asked for a refund but after waiting for so long I just had faith and left. I went around 7:30 so they still had an hour and a half before closing and people were still coming in after me so again it’s not like they was getting ready to close and I was being a difficult customer. I don’t know what was the reason for the horrible service and food but I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon if this is acceptable.

Genuinely worst pizza I have ever had. I have gotten better pizza from a cart. Took about 45 minutes to get 2 slices and 1 was completely burnt to a crisp and the other was undercooked and chewy. The loaded fries are inedible and a sorry excuse for “food”
The fact they call it “NY Style” is a personal offense and slander to me and all other NYers.

Very good service food came out and a timely manner. The wings are delicious. Meatball pizza was tasty. I would return. The only thing I would change. Would be better cheese. And not burn the crust.

I had an amazing experience at Davinci’s. The service, food and atmosphere were as good if not better than expected. I ordered the Glad to Meat You and my kids and I were sooo satisfied with the product we received. Thanks to the owner, Tony and our pizza cook Dennis. Hayley was amazing at tending to us as well. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family that pass through the area!

I just went to eat there and they gave me a reheated pizza. They added the toppings and more cheese on top, put it back in the oven, and served it to me. The worst part is that when I called the supervisor, he told me it was a pepperoni pizza that had been sitting around for about an hour, and they just added the toppings and served it to me. I’m never going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. That’s disrespectful to the customer and incredibly rude of them.
The sheer audacity of serving a reheated pepperoni pizza with added toppings and a little cheese on top is inexplicable. If I wanted reheated food, I’d go to the supermarket, buy frozen pizza, and reheat it at home! I went there looking for good service and fresh food, and what I received was a piece of cardboard with meat. They did offer to remake the pizza, but it wasn’t like there was an accident and the pizza got a little burnt or anything like that. The point is, I saw them take the pizza out of a box—their employee deliberately—just to serve it to me. Someone didn’t pick it up. There’s no excuse for that audacity. Good luck with your business.
